This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 21537-2008 "Cone Rubber Fenders", compared with GB/T 21537-2008, except for structural adjustment and editing
In addition to the sexual changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added 7 types of fender specifications and mechanical properties (see 6.1.1, 6.3.1, 6.1 and 7.1 of the.2008 edition);
b) The mechanical properties and design deformation of R3 and R4 class fenders have been changed (see 6.3.1, 6.3.2, 7.1 and 7.2 of the.2008 edition);
c) The technical requirements for the adhesive peel strength of rubber and steel plates have been added (see 6.4);
d) The inspection rules have been changed (see 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 9.1, 9.2, and 9.3 of the.2008 edition);
e) Added judgment rules (see 8.5).
