This standard replaces GB/T 20492-2006 "Zinc-5% aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy coated steel wire, steel strand", and GB/T 20492-

--- Removed the mechanical properties of galvanized steel wire at various levels under the C-grade coating of steel wire (see Table 4 to Table 8, Table 4 of the.2006 edition);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the zinc-5% aluminum-mixed rare earth alloy coated steel wire (hereinafter referred to as steel wire), steel strand (hereinafter referred to as steel strand)
Class, order content, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates.
This standard is applicable to the manufacture of steel wire for overhead stranded wire; suitable for overhead power ground wire, communication cable, hanger, suspension, tethering and fixed objects
Steel strands used. The alloy coating product is suitable for applications requiring corrosion resistance and tensile strength.

3.1 Plating weight classification
The steel wire is divided into two levels according to the weight of the coating. Class A and Class B.
