This document replaces GB/T 19164-2003 "Fish Meal". Compared with GB/T 19164-2003, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes,
The main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added the terms and definitions of red fish meal, white fish meal and fish fillet meal (see Chapter 3);
b) The classification and technical requirements for fish steak meal have been added (see Chapter 4);
c) Changed the classification index of red fish meal and white fish meal (see 4.3, 3.3 of the.2003 edition);
d) Added 17 total amino acids/crude protein, glycine/17 total amino acids, DHA and EPA in total fish meal fatty acids
The sum of the proportions, the malondialdehyde item (see 4.3);
e) Deleted crude fat, methionine, pepsin digestibility, oil acid value, urea, chromium (calculated as hexavalent chromium), crushed particle size and impurities

It is a product obtained by cooking, pressing, drying and pulverizing the whole fish (excluding the raw fish for white fish meal) as the raw material.
