This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

This document replaces GB/T 18344-2016 "Technical Specification for Maintenance, Inspection and Diagnosis of Automobiles". Compared with GB/T 18344-2016,
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added operator requirements for daily maintenance, primary maintenance and secondary maintenance (see 4.1);
b) The factors for determining the intervals between primary and secondary maintenance periods have been modified (see 4.2.3, 4.2.2.1 of the.2016 edition);
c) Added basic requirements for vehicle maintenance operations (see 5.1);
d) Changes have been made to the daily maintenance work items, work contents and technical requirements (see 5.2, 5.1 of the.2016 edition);
e) The basic operation items, operation contents and technical requirements for Level 1 maintenance have been modified (see 5.3, 5.2 of the.2016 edition);
f) Modified the post-processing requirements for the second-level maintenance completion quality inspection (see 5.4.1.4, 5.3.1.5 of the.2016 edition);
g) Deleted the requirement on the validity period of verification or calibration of measuring instruments and equipment used in secondary maintenance inspection (see the.2016 edition).
