1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, structural parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, transportation and storage of blind rods.
This document is applicable to blind poles made of various metals, non-metals and composite materials.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB 16930.1 apply to this document.
3.1
Handle grip; handle
The part that is held by the hand during normal use of the cane.
3.2
Wrist strap
An elastic ring strap fixed on the top of the handle and sleeved on the wrist.

The main part of the cane.

The part where the lower end of the cane is in contact with the ground.
