Foreword
This revised standard adopts ISO 3901.2001 "Information and documentation - International Standard Recording product coding (ISRC)".
This standard modifications adopted ISO 3901.2001, the main job of the following changes.
1) used Normative documents in place of the corresponding national standards with international standards;
2) According to the actual situation of Chinese Phonograms coding standard management of international standard texts "5 Administration" section has been adjusted, and
