This standard replaces GB/T 12683-1990 "Determination of the base sheet and the tensile properties of the film."
This standard compared with GB/T 12683-1990, the main changes are as follows.
--- The "subject matter and scope" to "Range" (Excerpts Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 1990 edition);
--- "Reference standard" to "normative references" (Chapter 2 of this edition, the 1990 edition Chapter 2);
--- "Term" to "Terms and Definitions" (Excerpts Chapter 3, Section 3 of the 1990 edition);
--- Chapter 6, "Environmental conditions" with reference to GB/T 2918 were clearly defined (Chapter 6 of this edition);
