Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 6847-1995 "Determination of photographic film and paper curl degree" (identical with ISO /DIS4330 "Photography
Determination of photographic film and paper curl degree "(1993 edition), and the final version of this standard ISO 4330.1994 has been ISO 18910-2000
Instead of, and technical amendments). Compared with GB/T 6847-1995, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- The standard name according to international standard name translated from the original "Determination of photographic film and paper curl" to "image material photo
Determination of film and photographic paper with the curl ";
--- Remove the ISO foreword;
--- Increase the humidity control on the impact of historical descriptions and solutions (see 3.3 and 3.4);
--- Modify the size of the L and T direction of the sample (see 42, 1995 version 4.2.);
--- Method B adds a dimension of the sample (see 5.2);
--- Increasing the value of the formula curl (see 5.4);
--- Added Appendix A.
This standard uses the translation method identical with ISO 18910.2000 "Determination of image material photographic film and paper curl degree."
This standard made the following editorial changes.
--- For ease of use, Fig. 2 is placed under 4.4.1.
The standard proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.
The photosensitive material standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC102) centralized.
This standard was drafted. China Lucky Film Group Corporation, Lucky Film Co., Ltd.

This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows.

Imaging Materials photographic film and paper
Determination of curl
1 Scope
This standard specifies the leaflet shape, roll or strip photographic film and paper in the wash before and after processing curling performance measurement and quantification table
Up method.
This standard specifies the three measurement methods. Method A is a sample hold measurement method of vertical curl, the method B and C is a sample security
The method level when holding. Due to the different shapes and sizes of the sample, the value of the three methods can not be compared with each other.
These methods can not be used to determine the performance of the photosensitive material curling washing or drying process.
NOTE. Curly performance physical properties of the material image, image stability and physical properties and material relevant international standard numbering in Appendix A.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Curl curl
The degree of deviation from the physical flatness. With curl direction (L, T, D, or C), curling symbol (or -) and curl values.
This flatness defect is clearly due to the film or paper roll into a cylindrical trend caused.
2.2
Curl direction curldirection
The letters L, T, D or C samples and samples around a particular axis direction corresponding to the direction of the curl.
see picture 1.
Note.
L stands for "Portrait curl" and its axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal or machine direction of roll of the sample, or longitudinal direction sheets shaped specimen; do not know when the machine
When running direction, another alternative method if the film is a notch, in its capacity as reference to determine the direction of rolling;
T indicates "lateral crimp", with its axis parallel to the length or machine direction of the sample;
D stands for "diagonal curl", ie the sample around the diagonal curl;
C stands for "warp", ie the four samples are cocked to the center of the specimen bending.
2.3
Curl sign curlsign
Mathematical symbol "" or "-" indicates the curl direction, to the emulsion (sensitive) surface (in emulsion) to "", to the back (outer emulsion) to
"-."
NOTE. Both are symbols of the photosensitive material layer is always positive.
