1 Scope
This chapter of GB/T 4706.1-2024 is replaced by the following.
This document governs the safety of commercial electric dishwashers not intended for household use. Such appliances are used for washing dishes, glassware,
Cutlery and similar items, with or without water heating or drying function. For single-phase devices connected to one phase and neutral line
The rated voltage of electrical appliances shall not exceed 250V, and that of other appliances shall not exceed 480V.
NOTE 101 These appliances are used in restaurants, canteens, hospitals and commercial establishments such as bakeries and butchers.
