Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces CJ/T 270-2007 Polyethylene Plastic Steel Wound Drain Pipe. Major Technical Content Changes Compared with CJ/T 270-2007
As follows.
--- Increased the tensile strength index of plastics, and improved the internal stress resistance performance of polyethylene resin for pipes;
--- Increased stainless steel card sleeve elongation at break index;
--- Increased the tensile strength of 2600 specifications pipe joints;
--- Increased pipe specifications ring stiffness SN16 level, remove SN4 level;
--- Increased pipe specifications 2800,3000,3200,3400,3500,3600,3800,4000,4200;
--- Increased connector requirements;
--- Increased pipe thermal stability and melt flow rate index requirements;
--- Added Appendix A to illustrate the connection method;
--- Modify the minimum thickness of the strip in the size of Table 6, the minimum height parameter of the strip, increase the minimum thickness of polyethylene on the top of the strip
Number, increase the minimum thickness parameters of polyethylene on both sides of the strip.
