3 Requirements
3.1 Chemical composition
3.1.1 Molecular formula. Ru (NO3) 3NO.

3.2 Water-soluble test
Ruthenium nitrosyl nitrate dissolved in water test should not be seen visually insolubles.
3.3 Appearance
