Foreword
This standard replaces YS/T 517-2006 (formerly GB/T 4293-1984).
This standard is the revision of YS/T 517-2006 "sodium fluoride", compared with YS/T 517-2006, the main changes are as follows.
- the original standard "This standard applies to hydrofluoric acid or silicic acid and carbonate role made of sodium fluoride" modified to "this standard
Suitable for hydrofluoric acid or silicic acid and sodium salt produced by the role of sodium fluoride.
- the sample used in the chemical analysis method is a dry sample, so the original table note 2 "table chemical composition calculated by dry basis"
Removed.
--- As the YS/T 535-2009 "sodium fluoride chemical analysis method" for the determination of fluorine content, increase the conversion of F to NaF items.
--- Change the Na2CO3 specified in the original standard to carbonate (CO32-). Rhithers. Rhithers. Rhithers. Rhithers. Rhithers. Rhithers. Rhithers. Rhithertigmaates calling Results
The acid salt content is converted to the corresponding "0.37, 0.74, 1.49".
--- the original standard "demand side to respond to the products received in accordance with the provisions of this standard re-inspection," modified to "demand side to receive the production
Shall be re-tested in accordance with the provisions of this standard.
--- increase the order or the contents of the contract.
This standard by the National Nonferrous Metals Standardization Technical Committee proposed and centralized.
This standard is drafted by Fushun Aluminum Co., Ltd. and China Nonferrous Metals Industry Standard Measurement Quality Institute.
This standard is drafted by Fushun Aluminum Company Limited.
The main drafters of this standard. Yang Yuhong, Ji Chunlei, Zeng Qingyi.
This part of the previous version of the standard to replace the release of the situation.

Note. The conversion factor for converting the measured amount of fluorine into sodium fluoride is. NaF = (22.99 + 19.00) /19.00 (F) = 2.21 (F).
3.2 appearance quality
Sodium fluoride is a white powder. Visual no inclusions.
4 test method
4.1 Chemical composition Arbitration analysis method according to YS/T 535.
4.2 The appearance of the product quality inspection with visual inspection.
5 inspection rules
5.1 Inspection and acceptance
5.1.1 The product can be inspected by the supplier's quality inspection department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard (or order contract) and fill in
Quality certificate.
5.1.2 The purchaser may carry out the re-inspection of the product received in accordance with the provisions of this standard, such as the result of the re-inspection and the grade or order of the certificate
Incompatible, should be written in the form of supply to the supplier, by the supply and demand sides to resolve. For the objection should be received within three months from the date of receipt of the product
Out. For arbitration, both supply and demand should be sampled in accordance with the provisions of 5.4.2 for arbitration analysis, according to the results of the arbitration analysis to re-determine
grade.
