(Simultaneous Determination of Arsenic and Mercury in Fluorite by Microwave Digestion - Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry) People's Republic of China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Industry Standard Simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in fluorite Microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry Released on December 12,.2016 2017-07-01 implementation People's Republic The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration. This standard was drafted. Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China. The main drafters of this standard. Xu Jie, Qin Yuqiong, Xu Ding, Chen Jie, Zhou Haiming, Liu Wei. Simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in fluorite Microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

1 Scope

This standard specifies the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in fluorite by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. This standard applies to the detection of arsenic and mercury in fluorite. Lower limit of determination of arsenic and mercury. arsenic 0.39 μg/g, mercury 0.02 μg/g.

3 Method summary

After the sample is digested by microwave, the arsenic (V) is first reduced to arsenic (III) with thiourea-ascorbic acid in a hydrochloric acid medium, in the hydride generator. In the middle, arsenic and mercury are reduced to their hydride by potassium borohydride, introduced into the atomizer by argon gas, and simultaneously measured on a two-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Determine the fluorescence intensity of arsenic and mercury atoms, and calculate the content of arsenic and mercury in fluorspar according to the standard curve method.
