1 Scope
This standard stipulates the scope, objects, requirements, measures, methods and disposal of sanitary treatment of quarantine and quarantine trains entering and leaving the country.
This standard applies to the sanitary treatment of inbound and outbound plague-affected trains. The sanitary treatment of suspected trains can also refer to this standard.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
a train passing through two or more countries (or regions) across borders and carrying rodent plague or rodent infected with plague
(including passenger trains and freight trains and other trains).
