Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard SN/T 0969-2000 "Importers colored pens for the inspection."
This standard compared with SN/T 0969-2000, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Revised "terms and definitions" in the content, delete the words "submit batch" is defined, the term associated with an increased reference QB/T 2992.5 of
(See chapter III);
--- Specifies the technical requirements for carrying out inspection (see Chapter 4);
--- According to the provisions of GB 21027-2007, GB/T 24110-2009 and QB/T 2777-2006, the method for sample testing, inspection items

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of import and export color pen, inspection requirements, sampling, testing and the results of determination.
This standard applies to the import and export color pen test.

Imported color pens shall comply with the requirements of the mandatory technical specifications; export color pen, the importing country requirements shall comply with the importing country

5 Inspections
5.1 Mode Select inspection and supervision
Importers color pen test, as the case may select the type test mode, sampling mode, a mode of inspection and supervision.
5.2 Test mode
Inspection and supervision in different modes can be divided into.
--- Type Test mode. type testing and pumping batch sampling;
--- Sampling mode. pumping batch sampling.
