Foreword
This standard GB/T 1.1-2009 requirements given in the preparation.
Instead of the standard SN/T 0897-2000 "inspection of import and export of mechanical watches."
This standard compared with SN/T 0897-2000, in addition to editorial changes, the main amended as follows.

1 Scope
