Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. This standard replaces SN 0529-1996 "methoxychlor residues in meat exports in." This standard compared with SN 0529-1996, the main technical changes are as follows. --- Standard name was changed to "export DDT residues in meat-methoxy test methods Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry"; --- Removed sample portion; --- The packed column replaced with a capillary column; --- Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry and confirmed the determination to replace gas chromatography - electron capture detector. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee. This standard was drafted. People's Republic of China Weifang Exit Inspection and Quarantine. The main drafters of this standard. Sun Jun, Lv Jianxia, Tianguo Ning, Gong Xiao Ming, Liu Yongqiang, Dong Jing, Zhang Jing. This standard was first published in 1996, this is the first revision. Meat exports methoxychlor residues in Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

1 Scope

This standard specifies the methoxychlor residue gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method in meat exports. This standard applies to exports of chicken, duck, pork methoxychlor residue contents.

2 Method summary

Samples methoxychlor ethyl acetate - cyclohexane (11, volume ratio) extraction, after extraction was concentrated by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) system, eluted with ethyl acetate - cyclohexane elution (11, volume ratio) eluate was concentrated to dryness, after constant volume, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry Selected ion monitoring, external standard.
