Foreword
This Document was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2020 Directives for
Standardization – Part 1.Rules for the Structure and Drafting of Standardizing Documents.
This Document replaced QC/T 350-1999 Protective Cap for Nut. Compared with QC/T 350-
1999, the major technical changes of this Document are as follows.
--- Add the types and sizes of plastic split dowel bodies and plastic dowels (see Clause 4 of
this Edition);
--- Add material requirements, surface defect requirements, temperature resistance
requirements, insertion force and extraction force requirements, general dimensional
tolerance requirements, prohibited substance requirements, and combustion
characteristics requirements (see Table 4 of this Edition).
This Document was proposed by and under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee

1 Scope
This Document specifies the type, size, technical requirements and product number of plastic
split dowel.
This Document applies to plastic split dowel used to fix decorative parts on automobiles.
2 Normative References
The provisions in following documents become the essential provisions of this Document
through reference in this Document. For the dated documents, only the versions with the dates
indicated are applicable to this Document; for the undated documents, only the latest version
(including all the amendments) is applicable to this Document.

4 Type and Size
The type and size of plastic split dowel is shown in Figure 1, Table 1, Figure 2, Table 2, Figure 3, and Table 3.

Acceptance and packaging As per GB/T 90.1 and GB/T 90.2; thereof, AQL=4.0.If there are special requirements, it shall be negotiated between the supplier and the purchaser

The product number of plastic split dowel shall implemented according to the provisions of QC/T 326.
