1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection and testing of a pair of shielded balanced cables for road vehicles with a signal simulation bandwidth up to 10 GHz.
Regulations, packaging and package marking.
This document applies to cables for Ethernet communication channels with transmission rates up to 25 Gbit/s for road vehicles (Ethernet channel transmission rate
and bandwidth correspondence see Appendix A).
NOTE. This document may also be applicable to cables for other network communication systems used in road vehicles, such as PCIe between ECU systems, GMSL between display systems, and
FPD‑link, etc.

4 Model Specifications
Cable model specifications should be marked according to QC/T 414.Cable model specifications should be indicated in the product data sheet.

5 Requirements
5.1 Rated voltage
The rated voltage is 30 V AC or 60 V DC and below. The rated voltage should be indicated on the product data sheet.
5.2 Rated temperature
The cable temperature rating shall be equal to the lowest rating of the insulation and sheath. The cable shall be subjected to a continuous working time of 3,000 hours.
Select the rated temperature. The rated temperature grade definition should comply with the provisions of GB/T 25085.1.The rated temperature should be in the product data sheet.
