1.15 After the impact test, it should be able to work normally.
1.16 The dust caps packaged according to the factory requirements should be able to work normally after transportation test.
2 Test method
2.1 Environmental test
2.1.1 General requirements
During environmental tests, the dust caps are not packed and are in a non-working state.
2.1.2 Low temperature test
The low temperature test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 2423.1-81 "Electrical and Electronic Products Basic Environmental Test Procedure Test A. Low Temperature Test Method", where
a. Test method. Test Ab --- temperature gradient;
b. Test temperature. select 0 ℃;
c. Test time. select 2h.
2.1.3 High temperature test
The high temperature test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 2423.2-81 "Electrical and Electronic Products Basic Environmental Test Procedure Test B. High Temperature Test Method", where
a. Test method. Test Bb --- temperature gradient;
b. Test temperature. select 40 ℃;
c. Test time. select 2h.
2.1.4 Damp heat test
The moist heat test is conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB 2423.4-81 "Basic Environmental Test Procedure Test for Electrical and Electronic Products Db. Alternating Moist Heat Test Method", of which.
a. High temperature. select 40 ℃;
b. Test period. select 6 days.
After the test, it is restored for 2 hours under normal atmospheric conditions, in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB 998-82 "Basic Test Methods for Low Voltage Electrical Apparatus"
Perform insulation resistance measurement and withstand voltage test.
2.2 Appearance
Check visually.
2.3 Determination of dust resistance and air supply
2.3.1 Test conditions
a. Dust wind tunnel. The wind speed range of the test section is 0.5 ~ 4m/s, and the relative standard deviation of the wind speed uniformity in the wind tunnel flow field is not more than 5%.
At a concentration of 100mg/m3, the relative standard deviation of the uniformity of dust concentration in the cross section of the wind tunnel is not greater than 5%;
b. Standard head type. use any of head sizes 1, 4, 7, 10 and 13 in GB 2428-81;
c. Dust sampler. dust sampler with flow rate greater than 20L/min;
d. Anemometer. measurement error is not greater than 2%;
e. Dust. talc, more than 90% of the particle size is less than 5μm (of which more than 70% is less than 2μm).
2.3.2 Procedure for measuring dust resistance
Put the dust cap on the standard head type, put it in the dust wind tunnel test section, and make it work, at the dust cap air inlet and the standard head type mouth
Samples are taken at the outlet of the nasal ventilation pipe simultaneously with a sampler, the sampling time is not less than 10min, and the dust resistance rate is calculated according to formula (1).
2.3.3 Determination of initial air supply
Put the dust cap on the standard head shape, make the dust cap work normally, measure the average wind speed, and calculate the initial air supply according to formula (2).
2.3.4 Measurement of purification air supply for 6h continuous working time
In the dust wind tunnel test section, make the dust cap worn on the standard head type work, and record its working time. When it reaches 6h, measure the average
Wind speed (Caution. Do not let dust off the filter). The calculation method of purifying air supply volume during continuous working time is the same as that in 2.3.3.
2.4 Test of head protection performance
The test of head protection performance is performed in accordance with GB 2812-81 "Test Method for Safety Helmets", but when performing immersion treatment, the fan and filter should be taken out.
2.5 Impact test
The impact test is performed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of GB 2812-81.
2.6 Face protection performance test
Put the dust cap on the standard head shape, fasten the headband, and lie on the wooden base to keep stable. Put a 50g steel ball from 1m high
Fall freely and impact the middle of the mask once.
2.7 Determination of transmittance
The light transmittance of the dust cap mask is measured in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB 2410-80 "Test Method for Light Transmittance and Haze of Transparent Plastics".
2.8 Measurement of visual field
The field of view of the dust cap is performed in accordance with the provisions of GB 2891.4-82 "Test Methods for the Field of View of Filtering Gas Masks".
2.9 Determination of noise
Put the dust cap on the standard head type to make it work normally. Use a microphone of type Ⅰ sound level meter to measure the noise 25cm away from the sound source of the dust cap.
2.10 Transport test
Fix the dust cap on the reinforced simulated automobile transportation test bench (simulating Jiefang brand truck ν = 35km/h, third-grade highway vibration conditions),
The test is carried out according to the requirements of.200km mileage.
