Introduction

This regulation is based on JJF1002-2010 "Rules for Compiling National Measurement Verification Regulations". Compared with JJG 676-2000, the main technical changes are as follows. --- Renamed the procedure name "Working Vibrometer" to "Vibrometer"; --- Added "frequency error" verification items; --- Added the "upper and lower cutoff frequency" verification items; --- Cancel the "sensor (or vibration meter) reference sensitivity" measurement performance requirements. The previous releases of this regulation are. ---JJG 676-2000; ---JJG 676-1990; JJG 710-1994. Verification Regulation of Vibrometer

1 Scope

This regulation is applicable to the initial verification, subsequent verification and use of the vibrometer in the frequency range of 0.1Hz~10kHz Inspection.

3 Overview

Vibrometer is an instrument used to measure the magnitude of vibration, it senses the vibration signal of the measurement object through the vibration sensor, Then carry out conversion amplification, differentiation, integration and other processing to get the vibration acceleration, speed, displacement and frequency equivalent value. Vibrometer is generally composed of vibration sensor, pre-amplifier, band-pass filter, calculus circuit and data display analysis Or recording device. The block diagram of a typical vibration meter is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 Typical block diagram of a vibrometer

4 Measurement performance requirements

4.1 Main technical requirements of vibration meter The main technical performance of the vibrometer should meet the requirements of Table 1.
