Introduction
JJG 191 "Level Detector" is written in accordance with JJF1002-2010 "National Metrology Verification Regulations
Rules, JJF1094-2002 "Measurement of Characteristic Characteristics of Measuring Instruments", refer to JB/T 12197-2015
The Instrument Verifier is revised for JJG 191-2002 Level Tester. And JJG 191-2002 "Level
Compared with the editorial modification, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- The scope of application has increased the level detector with a resolution of 0.001mm/m;
--- Revised the outline structure diagram, re-labeled Figure 1 and Figure 2;
--- Modify the "distance between the edge of the differential cylinder and the transverse line of the fixed casing" to "the differential cylinder edge and the fixed casing

Level tester verification procedure
1 Scope
This procedure is applicable to the measurement range (0~1.5) mm/m, and the division value is 0.005mm/m, 0.01mm/m.
First-time verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of a level detector with a resolution of 0.001 mm/m.

4 Overview
The level calibrator is an instrument that uses a height difference at both ends of the working surface to form a small angle. It is mainly used for
The indexing values of the calibration box and the bar level. The level detector can be divided into a lever screw type and a screw according to its structure.
The wire pair can be divided into. reticle reading and digital display reading according to its reading mode. Its outline structure is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.
