1 Scope of application
This standard stipulates the supervision and management procedures, requirements, contents and supervision and management methods for the operation of centralized incineration disposal facilities for hazardous wastes.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 Hazardous waste
Refers to the list of national hazardous wastes or corrosive, according to the national hazardous waste identification standards and identification methods.
One or more hazardous properties such as toxicity, flammability, reactivity and infectivity, and solid wastes having the above hazardous properties are not excluded.
3.2 Centralized incineration disposal facilities

4 Supervision and management procedures and requirements
4.1 The administrative department of environmental protection of the people's government at or above the county level and other supervision and management departments for the prevention and control of environmental pollution by hazardous wastes,

5.4 Supervision and management of pollution prevention facilities configuration and treatment effects
