Summary This standard specifies the rubber or plastic coated fabrics under static conditions Determination of resistance to ozone cracking. This standard is applicable for rubber or plastics coated fabrics in static strain state without direct sunlight exposure, ozone-containing air, the relative resistance to ozone cracking performance measurement. Like with all aging, ozone resistance test should be regarded as the same composition and uses of products as a means of comparison, but not an absolute criterion. It is best to test the significance of defining, understood that only the test compared with the degradation of the fabric to obtain a given threshold value superior resistance to ozone cracking performance of a means of control. Based on this view, the results of tests is not yet used to predict the length of life of products.
