Consistency with IEC WT01.2001 is not equivalent. 1 Scope

This Guidance Document sets out the rules and procedures for the certification of WTGs. The procedures for implementing the conformity assessment of WTGs The principles of sequencing and management are described in detail. Conformity assessment will be in accordance with the relevant standards and related technical requirements for wind turbine safety Reliability, performance, testing, and compatibility with the grid. This guidance document is applicable to any type and specification of wind turbine.
