GB/T 9813 "General specification for computer" consists of the following parts.

This Part is Part 3 of GB/T 9813.
This Part was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 9813 specifies the technical requirements, test methods, quality
assessment procedures and marking, packaging, transportation and storage
requirements for servers containing 1 to 4 CPUs (hereinafter referred to as. products).
This Part is applicable to the design and manufacture of servers with 1 to 4 CPUs. Other
types of server product standards can be used for reference.
2 Normative references

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T 5271.14
as well as the followings apply.
3.1 server
An important part of the information system. It is a computer system in the information
system that provides specific application services to client computers. It consists of
hardware systems (processors, storage devices, network connection devices, etc.) and
software systems (operating systems, database management systems, application
systems).
3.3 redundancy
Repeat the configuration of some components of the system to share the system load.
When one of the components fails, the configured components supplement the load
borne by the failed component, thereby reducing the system fault time.
3.6 half load
A power supply state in which the power supply operates at 50% of the rated output
power.
3.7 low load
A power supply state in which the power supply operates at 20% of the rated output
power.
3.8 power factor
In an AC circuit, the absolute value of the cosine of the phase difference (Φ) between
voltage and current.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Design requirements
4.1.1 Hardware requirements
When designing a product, reliability, maintainability, ease of use, software
compatibility, safety, electromagnetic compatibility, scalability and manageability shall
be designed.
4.1.2 Software requirements
The software configured in the product shall be consistent with the description in the
instruction manual and shall comply with relevant national regulations.
4.1.3 Chinese information processing
4.2 Appearance and structure
4.2.1 The product surface shall not have obvious dents, scratches, cracks, deformations
and pollution, etc. The surface coating shall be uniform and shall not bubble, crack, fall
off or wear, and the metal parts shall be free of rust and other mechanical damage.
4.2.2 The words, symbols and signs describing the functions on the surface of the
product shall be clear, correct and firm, and shall comply with relevant national
standards.
4.3 Function and performance
4.3.1 basic functions
4.3.1.1 Reliable operation support
The memory and hard disk of the product shall comply with the relevant provisions of
GB/T 21028.The memory shall have data error correction (ECC) function. The hard
disk shall provide data security protection function.
4.3.2 Optional functions
4.3.2.1 Description
The following functions are optional. The functions of the product shall be specified in
the product standard or described in the product accompanying documents.
4.3.2.2 Network interface function
The product's network interface shall support load balancing and redundancy functions.
4.3.2.6 Auxiliary tools and management software
The product shall provide tools such as settings related to its own hardware and assisting
in installing the operating system, so that users can use the various functions of the
product normally without relying on third-party tools. The tool software provided with
the product shall have a legitimate end-user authorization from the copyright owner.

4.4 Security
The security requirements of the product shall comply with the provisions of GB 4943.1.
4.5 Power adaptability
4.5.1 For AC powered products, they shall be able to operate normally under the
conditions of 220 V ± 22 V, 50 Hz ± 1 Hz.
4.6 Noise
When the product is in idle state (stable non-operating state after power-on), the sound
power level of the product shall not exceed 6.5 B. For products equipped with more
than two fans, the noise requirements shall be specified in the product standards.
4.7 Electromagnetic compatibility
5 Test methods
5.1 Test environment conditions
Unless otherwise specified, the tests are carried out under the following normal
atmospheric conditions.
5.2 Appearance and structure inspection
The appearance and structure inspection shall be carried out by visual inspection and
relevant inspection tools and shall comply with the requirements of 4.2.
5.3 Functional and performance inspection
5.3.1 Inspection procedure
If the product function is checked by running the inspection program (the enterprise
provides the test software), the inspection program shall be run once. The inspection
program compilation principles and technical requirements are shown in Annex A.
5.3.4 Optional function check
5.5 Power adaptability test
5.5.1 AC power adaptability test
Test the samples according to the combinations in Table 9.Run the inspection procedure
once for each combination. The samples shall work normally.
5.5.2 DC power supply adaptability test
Adjust the DC power supply voltage from the nominal value voltage in the positive
direction so that it deviates from the nominal value by +20%. Run the inspection
procedure once.
5.5.3 Cable assembly test
Proceed in accordance with the provisions of GB 15934.
5.6 Noise test
The noise test of the product shall be carried out in idle state in accordance with the
provisions of GB/T 18313 on desktop equipment.
5.7 Electromagnetic compatibility test
5.7.1 Radio interference
Perform according to the provisions of GB 9254.
5.8 Environmental test
5.8.1 General requirements
The general principles, terms and definitions of environmental test methods shall
comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 2421.1 and GB/T 2422.
5.8.2 Temperature lower limit test
5.8.3 Temperature upper limit test
5.8.3.1 Operating temperature upper limit test
Conduct according to "Test Bd" in GB/T 2423.2.The test sample shall be subjected to
initial testing. The severity level shall be the upper limit of the operating temperature
specified in Table 2.Power on and run the inspection program for 2 h. The test sample
shall work normally. The recovery time is 2 h.
5.8.4 Steady state damp heat test
5.8.4.1 Steady-state humidity test under working conditions
Conduct the test according to "Test Ca" in GB/T 2423.3.The severity level is the upper
limit of the working temperature and humidity specified in Table 2.The sample to be
tested shall be tested initially. The test duration is 2 h. During this period, the power-on
operation inspection program shall work normally. The recovery time is 2 h. Conduct
the final test.
5.8.6 Impact test
Conduct the test according to "Test Ea" in GB/T 2423.5.The sample to be tested shall
be initially tested. The influence of gravity shall be noted during installation. According
to the values specified in Table 4, under non-working conditions, conduct an impact test
in each of the three mutually perpendicular axis directions. Conduct the final test after
the test.
5.9 Reliability test
5.9.1 Test conditions
The purpose of the reliability test specified in this Part is to determine the reliability
level of the product under normal use conditions. The comprehensive stress during the
test cycle is specified as follows.
5.9.2 Test plan
Reliability test is carried out in accordance with GB 5080.7.The scheme of reliability
identification test and reliability acceptance test is specified by product standards.
During the whole test process, the inspection program shall be run. The judgment
criteria and counting method of fault are in accordance with the provisions of Annex B.
Only the number of related faults is counted.
5.9.3 Test time
The test time shall last until the total test time and total number of faults can be accepted
or rejected according to the selected test plan. When multiple test samples are tested,
the test time of each test sample shall not be less than half of the average test time of
all test samples.
5.10 Toxic and hazardous substances test
According to GB/T 26125.
5.11 Power consumption test
6 Quality assessment procedure
6.1 General
Products shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of this Part and the
supplementary provisions in the product standards when they are finalized (design
finalization, production finalization) and during the production process. They shall
comply with the requirements of these provisions.
6.2 Inspection categories
The inspections specified in this Part are divided into.
6.3 Stereotype inspection
6.3.1 The product shall pass the finalization inspection when it is stereotyped.
6.5 Periodic Inspection
6.5.1 For products produced continuously, periodic inspection shall be carried out at
least once a year.
6.5.2 Periodic inspections shall be carried out by the quality inspection department of
the product manufacturer or by a testing agency designated by the product manufacturer
and accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment.
6.5.4 The fault determination and accounting methods for the test items in the periodic
test are shown in Annex B. Except for the reliability test, the fault handling of the other
items shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions
6.5.5 A periodic inspection report must be submitted after the inspection.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Product markings shall comply with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations
and standards.
7.2 The packaging box shall meet the requirements of moisture-proof, dust-proof and
shock-proof. The packaging box shall contain a packing list, inspection certificate,
accessories and related accompanying documents.
7.3 Packaged products must not be loaded in open cabins or carriages during long-
distance transportation. They must not be stored in open warehouses during transit.
They must not be loaded in the same vehicle (or other means of transportation) with
flammable, explosive, or corrosive items during transportation. Products must not be
exposed to rain, snow, or liquid substances, or mechanical damage.
