This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces GB/T 879.3-2000 "elastic cylindrical pin rolling heavy", compared with GB/T 879.3-2000, the main technology
The changes are as follows.
---Change the nominal diameter size code (see Chapter 1, Figure 1, Table 1);
--- For steel, martensitic stainless steel elastic pin, increase the hardness test provisions (see Table 2);
--- For steel elastic pins, increase the technical requirements for non-electrolytic zinc sheet coating according to GB/T 5267.2 (see Table 2);
--- For stainless steel elastic pins, increase the passivation treatment technical requirements according to GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2).
This section uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 8748.2007 "elastic cylindrical pin rolling heavy."
The technical differences with ISO 8748.2007 and their reasons are as follows.
--- In the normative reference documents, replace the international standards with Chinese standards (see Chapter 2), increase the reference to GB/T 5267.2 (see Table 2),
GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2), GB/T 11376 (see Table 2), GB/T 15519 (see Table 2), GB/T 90.2 (see Table 2) and
GB/T 1237 (see 6.1) to comply with China's fastener basic standards;
--- Amend the explanatory text in Table 1 to the note of the table "Note. the preferred length range between the solid lines of the ladder." (see Table 1), and other current
The national standard is consistent;
--- For steel elastic pins, increase the technical requirements for non-electrolytic zinc sheet coating according to GB/T 5267.2 (see Table 2), in order to meet the surface resistance of steel elastic pins
Corruption requirements;
--- For stainless steel elastic pins, increase the passivation treatment technical requirements according to GB/T 5267.4 (see Table 2) to meet the stainless steel elastic pin surface
Anti-corrosion requirements;
--- Add "if other technical requirements or surface treatment, should be provided by the supply and demand agreement" (see Table 2) to expand the scope of use of the product;
--- Increase packaging technical requirements (see Table 2) to meet the basic standards of fasteners in China;
