1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, operations, safety and environmental protection requirements for tank cleaning of road tank vehicles transporting liquid dangerous goods.
This document is applicable to the cleaning of tanks of normal pressure tank vehicles for road transport of liquid dangerous goods and the cleaning of tanks of other goods by relevant cleaning agencies.
Can be used for reference.
