1 Scope
This Standard specifies the contents, organization and requirements for the technical
data package of the model-based aviation equipment research and development
product (hereinafter referred to as “technical data package”).
This Standard is applicable to the creation and management of the technical data
package for the aviation equipment research and development enterprise.
2 Normative References
The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For the
dated documents, only the versions with the dates indicated are applicable to this
document; for the undated documents, only the latest version (including all the
amendments) are applicable to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions stipulated in GB/T 18725 are applicable to this
document.
3.1 Technical data package; TDP
The collection of one or more digitized files.
NOTE. It mainly includes the part and component models of product, data distribution sheet,
etc.
3.2 Data distribution sheet
List of files and descriptions in the technical data package.
4 Content Elements
The technical data package generally included.
a) Model data, as per the contents in 4.2 of GB/T 36252-2018;
b) Technical document data;
c) Management data;
d) Other data.
5 Management Requirements
5.1 Division modes
5.1.1 Division by segments
According to the segment of the aircraft, the data is packaged, such as head data
package; the package of segment can also be further divided, such as 11-frame data
package.
5.1.2 Division by design modules
According to the aircraft division modules, the data is packaged, such as upper wall
plate.
5.1.3 Division by affiliation
According to the affiliation of the aircraft, the data is packaged as per the components
(systems) or sub-components (sub-systems) of the aircraft.
5.1.4 Division by change of effect range
According to the change of effect range, the post-changed single or several parts,
components are packaged.
5.1.5 Division by work breakdown structure or contract
According to the work division or contract, the data is package.
5.2 Identification
5.2.1 Naming rules
The naming of the technical data package shall meet the following requirements.
