Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard is proposed by China Meteorological Administration.
This standard by the National Agricultural Meteorology Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC539) centralized.
This standard was drafted. Hubei Meteorological Bureau.
The main drafters of this standard. Wu Yicheng, Yang Wengang, Huang Yongxue, Liu Min, Liu Zhixiong, Meng Cuili, Feng Ming.
Downpour cold weather indicators
1 Scope
This standard specifies the starting date of the late spring, the date of termination and meteorological grade indicators.
This standard applies to all parts of our country defined the process of late spring, impact assessment and disaster prevention and mitigation services.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Climaticnormal climate
The average of climate elements over 30 years.
[GB/T 20481-2006, Definition 2.11]
Note. This standard is based on WMO relevant provisions, taking the average of the last three years as the average climate. For example, from.2011 to 2020, the climate is average
Value from 1981 to.2010 a total of 30 years.
2.2
Average temperature anomalies meantemperatureanomaly
The difference between the average temperature in a certain period of a year and the average temperature and temperature in the same period of a year is expressed in degrees Celsius (° C).
2.3
Late spring cold latespringcoldness
In the spring (March to May), the early warm period appears cold, and the post-season temperature is obviously lower than the normal year.
3 reverse spring weather indicator
The index of reverse spring chill is composed of three factors, pre-warmed degree δT1, post-cool degree δT2, and continuous days L, and the formula is shown in
Formula 1).
K = δT1/4-δT2/2 L/10 (1)
In the formula.
K --- Meteorological indicators of spring weather;
δT1 --- pre-warmed degree, see 4.1 to determine the method;
δT2 --- late cool, determine the method see 4.2;
L --- late spring cold duration, to determine the method see 4.3.
4 index calculation
4.1 pre-warmed degree of temperature
When the temperature in a certain period of spring was lower than normal, the average temperature anomaly over the previous 10 days was δT1. The value of δT1 should be greater than or equal to 0,
That pre-warmer temperatures.
