Extreme low temperature and cooling monitoring indicators
1 Scope
This standard specifies the single station day extreme low temperature, extreme day cooling and extreme continuous cooling monitoring indicators and calculation methods.
This standard applies to extreme low temperature and cooling monitoring, assessment and service work.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Climate standard period climatenormalperiod
The last 3 consecutive years used to calculate multi-year averages of meteorological elements.
Examples are the climate standard periods used for 1981-2010 for.2011-2020.
2.2
Percentile percentile
Sort a set of data from small to large, and calculate the corresponding cumulative percentile, the data corresponding to a percentile value is the percentile
Of the percentile.
2.3
Extreme threshold extremethresholdvalue
Some statistics reach the critical state of the critical value.
2.4
Extreme extremum
Statistics for a period of time or monitoring indicators of the maximum or minimum.
2.5
Daily temperature dailytemperaturedrop
The lowest day temperature is not higher than the previous day's phenomenon.
Note. According to the provisions of QX/T 52-2007 and GB/T 21987-2008, the daily minimum temperature is the lowest one day's temperature, which is 14.00 the day before observation (Beijing
Time, the same below) to the day the lowest temperature between 14.00.
2.6
Daily cooling rate amplitudeofdailytemperaturedrop
The lowest day temperature is lower than the previous day's lowest temperature value.
2.7
Continuous cooling consecutivedailytemperaturedrop
Continuous cooling on the phenomenon.
2.8
Continuous cooling rate amplitudeofconsecutivedailytemperaturedrop
Continuous cooling period, the sum of the cooling rate.
2.9
Recurrence returnperiod
The recurrence of statistical intervals for specific values of statistics, in years.
