conditions of incendiary agents and refrigerants for weather modification.
This Standard applies to the storage and management of incendiary agents and
refrigerants for weather modification operation. It does not include the civil explosive
materials and products specified in the Safety Code for Miniature Civil Explosives
Magazine (GA 838).
