The main technical changes are as follows.
--- Revised the standard name from "centrifugal pump for petroleum, heavy chemical and natural gas industry" to "petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas"
Ran centrifugal pumps for gas industry "(see cover and front page, cover and front page of.2007 edition);
--- Modified the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2007 edition);
--- Modified normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2007 edition);
--- Modified terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2007 edition);
--- Modified the classification and type identification, units and specific requirements (see Chapter 4 and Chapter 5, Chapter 4 of the.2007 edition);
--- Modify the seller should specify the necessary cavitation NPSH3 based on the water temperature under the conditions of rated flow and rated speed on the data sheet
Degree, from water temperature below 65 ℃ to water temperature below 55 ℃ (see 6.1.8,.2007 version 5.1.10);
--- In 6.1.12, "Note" was added to give an explanation of the best efficiency point flow of the provided pump (see 6.1.12);
--- Modified the description of the design conditions of the water cooling system (see 6.1.20,.2007 version 5.1.22);
--- Modified the requirements for bolts and threads (see 6.1.29, 5.1.31 of.2007 edition);
--- Modified the requirements for the tensile stress used in the materials used to design the pressure shell (see 6.3.4, 5.3.4 of the.2007 edition);
--- Increased pump sealing chamber and sealing cover should have a pressure at least equal to the maximum allowable working pressure and temperature of the pump casing connected to it
The force-temperature rating shall comply with GB/T 34875-2017 (see 6.3.5);
--- In the radial split shell adopts metal-to-metal coordination, there is a requirement for a gasket with a constrained and controllable compression in between, increased
The recommendations for winding pads and gaskets (see 6.3.10);
--- Added requirements for orifices for core support, core removal, or over-current site inspection and cleaning (see 6.3.16);
--- Increased the parallelism range of the processing surface of the pump flange and the plane shown in the general arrangement drawing (see 6.4.2.6);
--- Modify the requirements of the auxiliary interface of the takeover and the pressure shell (see 6.4.3, 5.4.3 of the.2007 edition);
--- Increased the requirements for pipeline reinforcement plates (see 6.4.3.10);
--- Modify the position of "Measurement Diagram of Sealed Chamber Jitter Value" and move it to the standard text
Record K);
--- Modified the requirements for dynamics (see 6.9, 5.9 in the.2007 edition);
--- Increased torsion analysis flow chart (see Figure 29);
--- Modified the items that the buyer should specify the motor model, characteristics and accessories (see 7.1.5, version 6.1.4 of.2007 edition)
--- Modify the coupling requirements (see 7.2.2,.2007 version 6.2.2);
--- Added the requirement for the coupling cover to work in potentially explosive gas environment (see 7.2.15);
--- Added the buyer's requirements for the form of flange or groove (see 7.3.1);
--- Increased inspection requirements for shell materials (see Table 14);
--- Increased the temperature of the water used in the performance test [see 8.3.3.2i)];
--- Modify the performance tolerance (see Table 16, Table 14 of the.2007 edition);
--- Increased the test method of the necessary cavitation margin (see 8.3.4.3.3);
--- Increased shaft stiffness and bearing system life (see Appendix I).
This standard uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 13709..2009 "Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Natural Gas Industries."
This standard has more structural adjustments than ISO 13709..2009. Appendix A lists this standard and ISO 13709..2009
The chapter number comparison table.
There are technical differences between this standard and ISO 13709..2009, and the provisions related to these differences have been passed through the margins on the outside
The placed vertical single line (|) is marked, and Appendix B gives a list of corresponding technical differences and their causes.
