The main technical changes are as follows.
a) Modified the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2011 edition);
b) Deleted the normative reference document GB 50220-95 (see Chapter 2 of the.2011 edition);
c) Added normative reference documents (see Chapter 2);
d) Modify "DTI link" to "RTIC link" (see 3.1.8,.2011 version 3.1.8);
e) Modified abbreviations (see 3.2, 3.2 in the.2011 edition);
f) Modified the definition of the traffic information transmission model diagram and the location reference layer (see Figures 1 and 4.1, and Figures 1 and 4.1 of the.2011 edition);
