1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, code and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and standards of the internal casement and underhang hardware system for building windows.
Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage.
This document applies to the inward-opening and bottom-hung hardware system for building windows (hereinafter referred to as the "hardware system").

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 5823, GB/T 32223 and the following apply to this document.

Inward opening and tilting hardware system
A hardware system installed on the window that enables the window to have functions such as inward opening, downward hanging, and locking by operating the handle.
Note. For basic configuration of hardware system, see Appendix A.
3.2
Anti-mishandling device
A device for preventing a window sash from directly performing a down-hanging/inward-opening operation when the window sash is in the inward-opening/down-hanging state.
3.3
Scissorstay
A device used to connect the upper hinge of the window with the window sash, which plays a restraining and limiting role when the window sash is suspended downward.
