With acetonitrile - water extracted sample analyte solid-phase extraction (SPE), high performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. liquid chromatography.
4.2 acetic acid. liquid chromatography.
4.3 dibasic sodium phosphate.
4.4 sodium hydroxide.
4.5 5mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. 100g of sodium hydroxide (4.4) dissolved in 450mL of water, add water volume to 500mL.
4.6 0.1mol/L phosphate buffer solution. 6g disodium hydrogen phosphate (4.3) were dissolved in 450mL of water (4.5) adjusted with sodium hydroxide solution
Section pH = 8, add water to 500mL, before using the preparation.
4.7 acetonitrile - water (3 + 1). 300mL acetonitrile (4.1) was mixed with 100mL of water.
