This part of GB/T 19557 gives chrysanthemum [Chrysanthemum × morifolium Ramat. (Chrysanthemum ×
Grandiflorum Ramat.), Chrysanthemumpacificum Nakai (AjaniapacificaBremerandHumphries)
Andhybridsbetweenthem] The technical points of the breed specificity, consistency and stability test and the general principles of outcome determination.
This section applies to chrysanthemum varieties and their hybrids specificity, consistency and stability testing and results determination.
2 Normative references
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only dated versions apply to this article.
Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 19557.1 apply to this document.
3.1
Group measurement
An organ or part of a batch of plants or plants is measured to obtain a group record.
3.2
Individual measurement of singlemeasurements
An individual organ or part of a plant or plant is measured one by one, and a set of individual records is obtained.
3.3
Group visual groupvisualobservation
Visual inspection of an organ or part of a plant or plant to obtain a population record.
3.4
Individual visual inspection of singlevisualobservations
An individual organ or part of a plant or plant is visually inspected one by one to obtain a set of individual records.
4 symbol
The following symbols apply to this document.
MG. Group measurement.
MS. Individual measurement.
PQ. False quality traits.
QL. Quality traits.
QN. Quantitative traits.
VG. Group visual inspection.
VS. Individual visual inspection.
*. The labeling trait is the importance of the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) for the harmonization of species descriptions, unless
The state of expression of the conditional restriction was not tested and was required for all UPOV members.
. Underlined is a special indication of the scope of test traits.
5 Conditions to be met for reproductive material
5.1 Propagation material is provided in the form of seedlings.
5.2 The number of seedlings submitted is at least 50.
5.3 Submitting seedlings requires good appearance, high vitality and no pests and diseases. The quality of seedlings should be met. ground diameter ≥0.3cm, seedling height ≥8cm, leaves
The number is ≥4 pieces.
5.4 The submitted seedlings generally do not undergo any treatment that affects the expression of the traits. If processed, a detailed description of the processing is required.
5.5 The submitted reproductive materials shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Chinese phytosanitary regulations.
6 Test methods
6.1 Test cycle
The test cycle is at least one growth cycle.
6.2 Test location
Testing is usually done at one location. If certain traits are not adequately expressed at the site, they may be
carry out testing.
6.3 Field trial
6.3.1 Test design
The varieties to be tested and the approximate varieties are planted adjacently.
The seedlings are planted in a cave, and there are no less than 25 plants in each plot, with 2 replicates. The row spacing of the planted plants depends on the type of variety.
6.3.2 Field management
It can be carried out according to the local Daejeon production management method. The field management of each community needs to be strictly consistent, and the same management measures need to be completed on the same day.
6.4 trait observation
6.4.1 Observation period
Trait observations are carried out in accordance with the growth stages listed in Tables A.1 and A.2. The birth stage is described in Table B.1.
6.4.2 Methods of observation
The observation of traits shall be carried out in accordance with the observation methods (VG, VS, MG, MS) specified in Table A.1 and Table A.2. See some trait observation methods
B.2 and B.3.
6.4.3 Number of observations
Unless otherwise stated, the number of individual observed traits (VS, MS) samples is not less than 10, when observing the organs or parts of the plants,
The number of samples per plant is one. Group observation traits (VG, MG) need to observe the entire cell or a mixed sample of the specified size.
6.5 Additional testing
If necessary, additional tests may be performed using the traits in Table A.2 or the traits not listed in this section.
7 Determination of specificity, consistency and stability results
7.1 General principles
The determination of specificity, consistency and stability is carried out in accordance with the principles established in GB/T 19557.1.
7.2 Specificity determination
The variety to be tested needs to be clearly distinguished from all known varieties. In the test, when the species to be tested is at least one trait and the most similar variety
When there is a significant and reproducible difference, it can be determined that the tested variety has specificity.
7.3 Determination of consistency
For consistency determination, a 1% population criterion and a probability of acceptance of at least 95% were used. When the sample size is 40, the maximum can be allowed.
There are 2 strains of different types.
7.4 Determination of stability
If a variety is consistent, the variety can be considered stable. Stability is generally not tested.
If necessary, the next batch of seedlings of the variety can be planted, and if there is no significant change in the expression of the trait compared with the previously provided seedlings, it can be determined
This variety has stability.
8 trait table
8.1 Overview
According to the test needs, the traits are divided into basic traits and selected traits. The basic trait is the trait to be observed in the test.
Additional testing traits as requested by the applicant. The basic traits of chrysanthemum are shown in Table A.1, and the traits of chrysanthemum can be selected for testing. See Table A.2.
The trait table lists the trait name, expression type, expression status and corresponding codes and standard varieties, observation periods and methods.
8.2 Expression type
According to the expression pattern of traits, the traits are divided into three types. quality traits, false quality traits and quantitative traits.
8.3 Expression status and corresponding code
Each trait is divided into a series of expression states to facilitate the definition of traits and specification descriptions; each expression state is assigned a corresponding number
Code to facilitate the creation and communication of data records, processing and variety descriptions.
8.4 Standard varieties
The traits table lists some of the standard traits that can be referred to in terms of expression status to help determine the different expression status of related traits.
And correct for differences caused by environmental factors.
9 grouping traits
The grouping traits are as follows.
a) *plant. type (character 2 in Table A.1);
b) * Flower head. type (character 24 in Table A.1);
c) * Except for double-flowered varieties. fancy. type (character 25 in Table A.1);
