Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 17623-1998 "Gas chromatographic determination of dissolved gas components in insulating oil", and GB/T 17623-
1998, the main technical changes are as follows.
- modified normative reference documents (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of.1998);
- modified automatic piston degassing for variable piston pumps (see 5.1.2,.1998 5.1.2);
- an automatic headspace sampler has been added (see 5.1.3);
--- increase the chromatographic process (see Table 1, No. 4);
The modified stationary phase has been modified to add a mixed stationary phase and a capillary column chromatographic process (see Table 2, Table 2 of.1998);
- prepared to increase the automatic headspace injection method to modify the vacuum degassing method (see 7.1,.1998 edition 7.1);
- The experimental procedure adds the automatic headspace injection method (see 8.1.1.2.2, 8.2.1), modified the vacuum deaeration method (see 8.1.1.2,.1998
Version 8.1.2);
--- Calculation of the results of the increase in the headspace of the gas volume calculation formula [see 8.3.1.1 of the formula (5)] Vacuum degassing oil dissolved gas
The composition formula has been modified [see equation (9) in 8.3.2.2,.1998 (8)];
- Added calibration and analysis methods for automatic injection vacuum evacuation devices (see Appendix C);
- increase the gas distribution coefficient of imported mineral insulating oil (see Appendix E);
--- Added headspace gas chromatography to determine the amount of acetone in the transformer oil (see Appendix G).

The amount of dissolved gas in the insulating oil
Determination of gas chromatography
1 Scope
This standard specifies the dissolved gases in the insulating oil (including hydrogen, methane, ethane, ethylene, acetylene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxygen and
Nitrogen, etc.) content by gas chromatography.
This standard applies to the dissolved gas components of the insulating oil in the oil-filled electrical equipment (including hydrogen, methane, ethane, ethylene, acetylene,
Carbon, carbon dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen). The content of propane and propylene can also be measured by referring to the present method.
The free gas in the oil-filled electrical equipment (gas in the gas relay, oil gas in the equipment, etc.) can be used to refer to this standard.
analysis.
2 normative reference documents
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the dated edition applies to this article
Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all modifications) applies to this document.

3 Summary of methods
The method firstly collects the oil sample, then takes out the dissolved gas in the oil sample, then separates and detects the gas components by gas chromatograph,
Calculate the dissolved gas composition in the oil. The dissolved gas in the oil was analyzed at a temperature of 20 ° C and a pressure of 101.3 kPa per liter
The number of microliters (μL/L) of each gas component contained in the oil is expressed.
4 sample collection
The oil samples collected by this method shall be carried out according to the relevant provisions of GB/T 7597 fully sealed. In the transport, storage process
Should pay attention to the sample dust, shock, dark and dry.
5 equipment and materials
5.1 Oil and gas separation device
A device for separating dissolved gases from the oil may be selected from one of the following instruments.
a) constant temperature timed oscillator. Reciprocating oscillation frequency 275 times/min ± 5 times/min, amplitude 35mm ± 3mm, temperature control accuracy
± 0.3 ℃, timing accuracy ± 2min.
