1 Scope

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this part of GB 16715.
3.1
Stock basicseed
Breeder seed multiplication with the first generation to the third generation, seeds and confirmed to meet the specified quality requirements.
3.2
Field with the kind qualifiedseed
With the original breeder of the first generation to the third generation or hybrid seeds, seeds and confirmed to meet the specified quality requirements.
3.3
Triploid species triploidseed
Tetraploid and diploid as male as female hybridization produced seeds.
4 quality requirements
4.1 General
Seed quality requirements by the quality indicators and quality stated values. The quality indexes include purity, clarity, germination rate and moisture; quality standards
NOTE value should be true, and in accordance with the provisions of 4.2.
4.2 Quality Standards

5 test methods
Clarity analysis, germination test, moisture determination, authenticity and varietal purity testing should implement the provisions of GB/T 3543's.
6 Inspection rules

Quality judgment rules shall implement the provisions of GB 20464.
