This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"
drafting:
This document replaces GB/T 13813-2008 "Metal Material Friction Spark Safety Test Methods and Judgment Rules for Coal Mine", and is in line with
Compared with GB/T 13813-2008, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
--- Deleted the definition, formula, test piece pattern, etc: related to the impact flange (see 3:2, 3:4, A:1:3:1,:2008 edition
Figure A:7);
--- Increased the test equipment, inspection requirements and test piece pattern for the analysis of the chemical element composition of metal materials (see Table 2, 11:5, A:1:6,
Table A:1);
---Added the test equipment, test methods, judgment rules, metal material friction spark safety test, substitution and test of brake friction
Parts drawings (see Table 2, 7:5, 8:5, 9:6, 10:1, A:1:5, Table A:1);
--- Changed the scope of application of the friction spark safety test of the rotor (impeller) and casing (protection ring) paired metal materials (see 9:1:1,
8:1:1 of the:2008 edition);
---Deleted the "High-speed impact test conditions for light alloy lifting container materials" for the test equipment and scope requirements for projectile quality (see
Table 2, Table 3, Table 2, Table 3 of the:2008 edition);
---Changed the principle of substitution of friction spark safety test results for equipment, instruments, meters, tools and utensils using light alloy shells (see
10:1, 10:5:4 of the:2008 edition);
--- Changed the inspection requirements of the inspection unit, deleted the modification, replacement, revocation of the certificate, etc: (see 11:1~11:5,:2008 edition
10:1, 10:2, 10:4, 10:6, 10:7);
--- Changed the outer edge dimensions of the drop weight test piece (see Figure A:3, Figure A:3 of the:2008 edition):

Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 13813-2001 "metal friction sparks coal mine safety testing methods and determine the rules."
This standard GB/T 13813-2001 and main technical differences are as follows.
a) increasing the principle Charpy impact test, devices, specimen, test procedures, results are expressed determined content rules.
b) amend the test requirements of metallic materials Coal pairing high-speed impact with fan impeller and protective circle.
c) the original standard 9,10,11,12 first chapter of this standard combined in Chapter 8, and increase Charpy impact test in Chapter 8 of the relevant
content.
d) For the same manufacturer of the same products in place of the test results were modified. From "the main parameters differ ≤ ± 5%" to "master
To parameterize the difference is less than or equal to ± 10% ".
e) Appendix increase Charpy impact test specimens drawings and requirements, and specifies the number of specimens for inspection.
Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix.
This standard is proposed and managed by the coal industry, coal mine safety Standardization Technical Committee ventilation technology and equipment branch.
This standard was drafted. Coal Science Research Institute of Chongqing, the State Coal Mine Safety dust ventilation product quality supervision and inspection center.
The main drafters of this standard. Juguang Gang, Xusan Min, Ling Gang, Zhou Zhi Peng, Yang Liang, Tang Peng, Janssen.
This standard supersedes the previous editions are.
