This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 13790-2008 "Cold-rolled low carbon steel sheets and strips for enamel" and GB/T 29515-2013 "Cold-rolled low carbon steel sheets and strips for enamel"
Compared with GB/T 13790-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main changes are.
The technical changes are as follows.
a) The thickness range has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2008 edition);
b) Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
c) Added stamping grades 04, 06 and 07 (see Table 1);
d) Added ultra-high-grade surface FD (see Table 2);
e) Added classification and codes based on edge status (see Table 4);
f) Added the enamel processing type ED in the brand designation method (see 4.2);
g) Added six grades including DC04EK, DC06EK, DC07EK, DC03ED, DC04ED and DC06ED and their corresponding technical specifications.
Technical requirements (see Table 5, Table 6, Table 7);
h) The requirements for C, Mn, Als and Ti for some grades have been changed (see Table 5, Table 4 of the.2008 edition);
i) The mechanical properties of DC01EK, DC03EK, and DC05EK have been modified (see Table 6, Table 5 of the.2008 edition);
j) Added the provision of a 6-month mechanical performance guarantee period (see 7.2);
k) The provisions for tensile strain marks have been changed (see Table 7, Table 6 of the.2008 edition);
l) Added hydrogen permeation test (see 7.4.1);
m) Added the statement that users can request enamel adhesion test (see 7.4.2);
n) Added super-high-grade surfaces and their codes and characteristics (see Table 8);
o) Added the following provisions. the supplier shall not be liable for defects such as rust, scratches and friction marks caused by non-oiled products during transportation, storage and use.
Provisions on assuming corresponding product quality responsibilities (see 7.7);
p) The rounding rules have been changed to GB/T 8170 (see 9.5, Chapter 9 of the.2008 edition);
q) Added provisions on the types of quality certificates (see Chapter 10).

This document is applicable to cold-rolled steel sheets with a thickness of 0.30mm~3.50mm and a width of not less than 600mm for daily or industrial enamel industries.
