Foreword
This Standard was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This Standard replaced GB/T 13460-2008 Reclaimed Rubber; compared with GB/T
13460-2008, this Standard has the major technical changes as follows.
--- Modify the standard name (see the cover);
--- Modify the reference standards in the normative references (see Clause 2 of this
Edition; Clause 2 of 2008 Edition);
--- Modify the classification method (see 4.1 of this Edition; Clause 4 of 2008 Edition);
--- Add the naming of the reclaimed rubber (see 4.2 of this Edition);
--- Delete the inspection item of “heating loss” (see Table 3 of this Edition; Table 2
of 2008 Edition);
--- Add “polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons” (see 5.3 of this Edition; 5.3 of 2008
Edition);
--- Add “carbon black content” (see 5.4 of this Edition);
--- Add “rubber hydrocarbon content” (see 5.5 of this Edition);
--- Modify inspection rules (see Clause 6 of this Edition; Clause 7 of 2008 Edition);
--- Modify the storage and transportation conditions (see Clause 7 of this Edition;
8.3 of 2008 Edition);
--- Modify partial terms (see Clause 3 and Appendix A of this Edition; Appendix A of
2008 Edition).

The reclaimed rubber made from the waste mixed rubber mainly composed of natural
rubber, cis-butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, etc.
3.12 Non-blackness reclaimed rubber
The reclaimed rubber made from non-black, light-colored waste rubber as the raw
materials.
6.2 Sampling and sample preparation methods
6.2.1 Take a laboratory sample with a mass of approximately 1.5kg according to the
method specified in GB/T 15340.
6.2.2 Prepare the sample according to the method specified in GB/T 15340.
6.3 Inspection
6.3.1 The inspection can be divided into type inspection and exit-factory inspection.
6.3.2 The type inspection is all items specified in the technical requirements. Type
inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases.
a) Reproduction of the product after finalization, transferring to other factory for
production, and shutdown of product for more than half a year;
b) Changes in raw materials, formulations and process conditions;
c) Normal production with interval of half a year;
