Foreword
This revised standard adopts ISO 722.1991 "Rock Drilling --- drill rod with hexagonal and circular hollow steel steel" (in English).
This standard is based on ISO 722.1991 redrafted, according to the actual situation of China's rock drill rod hollow steel production in the adoption of this standard
It was revised international standards. These technical differences are mainly as follows.
--- Increased the content technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate;
--- Hexagonal hollow steel Nominal size 38, 45 delete, an increase of 35 specifications;
--- Circular hollow steel increased R39-, R46-, R52- specifications;
--- Basic size allowable deviation is divided into two levels, ISO 722 is only one level.
This standard replaces GB/T 1301-1994 "hollow rock drill rod steel."
Compared with the standard GB/T 1301-1994 The main changes are as follows.
--- Adjust the classification codes and the content portion;
--- Changed the rock drill rod hollow steel code, the original hex code B to H, round to code D R;
--- Nominal dimension value represents Specification Code;
--- Adjust the size, shape and tolerances portion;
--- Increased grades ZK95CrMo, ZK40SiMnCrNiMo, ZK23CrNi3Mo, ZK22SiMnCrNi2Mo, deleted ZKT8;
--- Increased requirements for low magnification organizations;
--- Tightened requirements for bending, hardness, decarbonization layer;
--- Increased the content packaging, marking and quality certificate.
