Foreword
GB/T 12613 "Plain bearings - hub" consists of the following seven parts.
--- Part 1. Dimensions;
--- Part 2. outside and inside diameter of the test data;
--- Part 3. Lubrication holes, grooves and pockets;
--- Part 4. Materials;
--- Part 5. diameter test;
--- Part 6. inner diameter of the test;
--- Part 7. Measurement of wall thickness of thin-walled sleeve.
This part of GB/T 12613 Part 1.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This Part replaces GB/T 12613.1-2002 "Plain bearings - Wrapped bushes - Part 1. Dimensions." And GB/T 12613.1-2002
Compared main changes are as follows.
--- Increase the Chapter 4, "Symbols and units";
--- Increasing the wall thickness of 0.5mm, and gives its inner and outer chamfering chamfering limit deviation;
--- Increasing the inner diameter of 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 7mm, 17mm, 37mm;
--- Bushings increased width 3mm, 5mm, 7mm, 115mm;
--- Increased Table 3 "flanged bushings preferred nominal dimensions and limit deviations";
--- Increasing the wall thickness tolerance series "Series E";
--- Remove the multilayer metal material of steel back bushings thickness deviation limit provisions (2002 Version 3 tables, 5 tables in this edition);
--- Increasing the outer diameter larger than 180mm diameter limit deviation;
--- Increasing the inner diameter of 4mm or less in size, the bearing bore tolerance class H6;
