1 General
1.0.1 In order to ensure the construction quality of electric lighting installations, promote scientific construction management and technological progress, and unify the project handover and acceptance requirements for the construction of electric lighting installations, this specification is formulated.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the construction and project handover and acceptance of electrical lighting installation projects in industrial and civil buildings and structures.
1.0.3 The construction of electric lighting devices shall be carried out in accordance with the approved design documents, and the design changes during construction or the detailed design stipulated in the project contract shall be confirmed by the original design unit.
1.0.4 The construction and acceptance of electric lighting devices shall not only comply with the provisions of this code, but also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards.
2 terms
2.0.1 lighting installation
A combination of lighting equipment with matching characteristics to achieve one or several specific purposes.
2.0.2 Luminaire
Any apparatus capable of distributing, transmitting or transforming the light emitted by one or more light sources, and including all parts necessary for supporting, securing and protecting the light sources (but not including the light sources themselves), together with necessary electrical auxiliary devices and connecting them with mains connected device.
2.0.3 Pendant luminaire
Lamps that are suspended from the ceiling or wall brackets with slings, chains, or pipes.
2.0.4 class Ⅰ luminaire
The protection against electric shock of luminaires not only relies on basic insulation, but also includes additional safety measures, that is, the accessible conductive parts are connected to the protective earth conductor in the fixed wiring of the facility, so that the accessible conductive parts will not be charged when the basic insulation fails.

3 Basic Regulations
3.0.1 When the equipment, materials and accessories used in the lighting project enter the construction site, there should be a list, instruction manual, qualification certificate, inspection report and other documents. When the design documents require it, an electromagnetic compatibility test report is also required. In addition to complying with relevant regulations, imported lighting equipment should also provide inspection certificates and technical documents such as installation, use, and maintenance in Chinese. The lighting devices included in the national compulsory certification product catalog must have the compulsory certification mark and the corresponding certification certificate.
3.0.2 After the equipment and equipment arrive at the construction site, they should be inspected according to the following requirements.
1 The technical documents should be complete;
2 The model and specification should meet the design requirements;
3 The lamps and their accessories should be complete and suitable, without defects such as damage, deformation, coating peeling and lampshade cracking;
4 The panel of the switch and socket and the junction box body are complete, free from fragmentation, with complete parts, the fan is not damaged, the coating is complete, and the accessories such as the governor are suitable.
3.0.3 The lighting equipment in civil buildings shall meet the energy-saving requirements, and the lighting equipment shall not be installed without the signature and confirmation of the on-site representative of the construction unit or the supervision engineer.
3.0.4 The safety technical measures during construction shall comply with this specification and the current relevant national standards and product technical documents. For key processes, targeted safety technical measures should be formulated in advance.
3.0.5 Before the construction of the electric lighting device, the construction project shall comply with the following regulations.
1.The reserved and pre-embedded work related to the electric lighting device shall be concealed and accepted;
2 Templates and scaffolds that hinder the installation of lighting devices should be removed;
3 The plastering and decoration of the ceiling and walls should be completed, and the ground cleaning should be completed.
3.0.6 It is strictly forbidden to use wooden wedges, nylon plugs or plastic plugs to install and fix electrical lighting devices on masonry and concrete structures
3.0.7 When installing the lighting device on the decorative material wall, the junction box opening should be flush with the decorative surface. The diameter of the conduit should match the aperture of the junction box, and the conduit should be tightly connected to the junction box.
3.0.8 The wiring of the electric lighting device should be firm and in good contact; lamps, switches, sockets and other uncharged exposed conductive parts that need to be connected to the protective earth wire (PE) should have obvious grounding bolts.
3.0.9 For the electrical lighting device installed on the insulating platform, the insulating part of the wire end should protrude from the surface of the insulating platform.
3.0.10 The acceptance of explosion-proof lighting devices shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Electrical Installations in Explosive and Fire Hazardous Environments of Electrical Installation Engineering" GB 50257.
3.0.11 After the construction of the electric lighting device is completed, the damage to the building caused by the construction shall be repaired in time.
4 lamps
4.1 General provisions
4.1.1 The lamp holder and wiring of the lamp shall comply with the following regulations.
1 The insulating shell of the lamp holder should not have defects such as damage or cracks; for lamp holders with switches, the switch handle should not have exposed metal parts;
2.The flexible wire connecting the lamp cap of the chandelier should be made with a protective buckle, and the core wires at both ends should be tinned and crimped; when a screw lamp cap is used, the phase wire should be connected to the terminal of the middle contact of the lamp cap.
4.1.2 The insulation resistance of the live part of the complete set of lamps to the ground should not be less than 2MΩ.
4.1.3 The cross-sectional area of the wire core leading to a single lamp should match the power of the lamp, and the minimum permissible cross-sectional area of the wire core should not be less than 1mm2.
4.1.4 When the high-temperature parts such as the surface of the lamp and its accessories are close to combustibles, fire protection measures such as heat insulation and heat dissipation should be taken. When using halogen tungsten lamps or incandescent bulbs with a rated power greater than or equal to 100W as the light source, the ceiling lamps, recessed lamps, and recessed lamps should use porcelain lamp holders, and the lead-in wires should use non-combustible materials such as porcelain tubes and mineral wool for heat insulation protection.
4.1.5 In the substation, lamps should not be installed directly above the high and low voltage power distribution equipment and bare bus bars, and the horizontal clear distance between lamps and bare bus bars should not be less than 1m.
4.1.6 When there is no design requirement, the height of the lamps installed on the outdoor wall from the bottom of the lamps to the ground shall not be less than 2.5m.
4.1.7 For the glass covers of large lamps installed in public places, measures should be taken to prevent the glass covers from falling or breaking and splashing down to hurt people.
4.1.8 The shortest distance between the light outlet surface of spotlights and similar lamps and the illuminated object should meet the requirements of product technical documents.
4.1.9 Bathroom lighting fixtures should not be installed directly above the toilet or bathtub.
4.1.10 When lamp accessories such as ballasts, triggers, and emergency power supplies are installed separately from the lamp, they shall be fixed reliably; when installed in the ceiling, they shall not be directly fixed on the ceiling; the connecting wires between the lamp accessories and the lamp body shall be Conduit protection, wires must not be exposed. The line length from the trigger to the light source should not exceed the specified value of the product.
4.1.11 Lamps installed in the open air and their accessories, fasteners, bases, conduits connected to them, junction boxes, etc. should have anti-corrosion and waterproof measures.
4.1.12 The uncharged exposed conductive part of Class I lamps must be reliably connected to the protective earth wire (PE), and there should be a mark
4.1.13 Non-standard lamps adopted due to specific conditions should not be used before their safety, optical and electrical performances are tested by a third party.
4.1.14 The center line deviation of lamps installed in rows should not be greater than 5mm.
4.1.15 For luminaires with a mass greater than 10kg, the fixtures should be subjected to a strength test with a constant uniform load of 5 times the weight of the luminaire for 15 minutes, and the parts of the fixtures should have no obvious deformation
4.1.16 For lamps with automatic power on and off control devices, the action should be accurate and reliable.
4.2 Common lamps
4.2.1 The number of bolts or screws used to fix lamps installed on the ceiling or on the wall shall not be less than two. The drain hole of the wall lamp installed outdoors should be at the bottom of the lamp cavity, and there should be waterproof measures between the insulating table and the wall junction box.
4.2.2 The installation of suspended lamps shall comply with the following regulations.
1.After the hanging wire is unfolded for the cord chandelier with a lifter, the lower edge of the luminaire should be 0.3m higher than the working table;
2 For cord chandeliers with a mass greater than 0.5kg, additional chains (ropes) should be added;
3 Suspended lamps with a mass greater than 3kg should be fixed on the hook, and the diameter of the round steel of the hook should not be smaller than the diameter of the hanging pin of the lamp, and should not be less than 6mm;
4 When steel pipes are used as lamp suspenders, the steel pipes shall have anti-corrosion measures, the inner diameter shall not be less than 10mm, and the wall thickness shall not be less than 1.5mm.
4.2.3 The installation of recessed lighting shall meet the following requirements.
1 The frame of the lamp should be close to the installation surface;
2 The polygonal lamps should be fixed on the specially designed frame or special hanging chain (rod), and the fixing screws should not be less than 4;
3 The wires leading from the junction box to the lamps should be protected by conduits, and the wires should not be exposed; the conduits should be connected to the lamp housings with special joints. When a metal hose is used, its length should not be greater than 1.2m.
4.2.4 The base and bracket of the floodlight should be firmly fixed, and the pivot should be tightened and fixed along the direction of the required optical axis.
4.2.5 Before installing the track light, check that the power and load of the light are compatible with the rated ampacity and load of the track.
4.2.6 The installation of courtyard lamps, street lamps attached to buildings, and high pole lamps in squares shall comply with the following regulations.
1.The lamps and the foundation should be fixed reliably, and the anchor bolts should have anti-loosening measures; the waterproof gasket of the lamp junction box cover is complete and complete;
2 Each set of lamps should be equipped with matching protective devices on the phase line;
3.The inspection door of the light pole shall have waterproof measures, and shall be equipped with a locking anti-theft device that needs to be opened with a special tool.
4.2.7 The installation of high-pressure mercury lamps, high-pressure sodium lamps and metal halide lamps shall meet the following requirements.
1 Light source and accessories must be used with ballast, trigger and current limiter. The distance between the trigger and the lamp body should meet the requirements of product technical documents;
2 The rated voltage, bracket form and installation method of the lamps should meet the design requirements;
3 The power cord should be connected through the terminal, and the power cord should not be close to the surface of the lamp;
4 The installation direction of the light source should meet the requirements of the product technical documents.
4.2.8 The lamps installed under the line tank or the enclosed plug-in lighting busbar shall meet the following requirements.
1 The connection between lamps and wire slots or closed plug-in lighting busbars should use special fixing parts, and the fixing should be reliable;
2.The wire slot or closed plug-in lighting busbar should have a power socket for plugging in lamps; the power socket should be arranged on the side of the wire slot or the closed plug-in lighting busbar.
4.2.9 The installation of buried lights shall comply with the following regulations.
1 The protection level of buried lights shall meet the design requirements;
2 The power of the buried light source should not exceed the rated power of the lamp;
3 The junction box of the buried lamp shall be a waterproof junction box, and the wire joints in the box shall be treated with waterproof and insulation.
4.3 Special lamps
4.3.1 The installation of emergency lighting fixtures shall meet the following requirements.
1 Emergency lighting fixtures must be qualified products tested by the fire testing center;
2 The safety exit sign light should be set above the inner side of the evacuation direction, and the bottom edge of the light should be 0.2m above the door frame (sleeve). The evacuation indicator lights on the ground should have measures to prevent damage by heavy objects or external forces. When the area of the hall is large and the evacuation indicator light cannot be installed on the wall, it should be installed under the ceiling and the height from the ground should not be greater than 2.5m;
3 After the evacuation lighting is put into use, it should be checked that the lighting is always on;
4 The setting of the emergency lighting circuit shall not only meet the design requirements, but also meet the requirements for setting fire compartments;
5 After the installation of emergency lighting lamps, the power conversion time of the lamps should be checked. The values are. standby lighting should not exceed 5s; financial and commercial trading places should not exceed 1.5s; evacuation lighting should not exceed 5s; safety lighting should not exceed 0.25s. The minimum continuous power supply time of emergency lighting shall meet the design requirements.
4.3.2 The installation of neon lights shall comply with the following regulations.
1 The lamp tube should be in good condition without rupture;
2 The lamp tube should be fixed with a special insulating bracket, and the fixation should be firm and reliable. The distance between the fixed lamp tube and the surface of buildings and structures should not be less than 20mm;
3 The length of the neon lamp tube should not exceed the allowable maximum length. When the special transformer is installed in the ceiling, it should be fixed and reliable, with fire prevention measures, and should not be touched by non-maintenance personnel; when installed outdoors, rainproof measures should be taken;
4 The connecting wires between the secondary side wires of the special transformer for neon lights and the lamp tubes shall adopt high-voltage insulated wires with a rated voltage not lower than 15kV. The distance between the secondary side wires and the surface of buildings and structures should not be less than 20mm;
5.The neon light bracket and its attached base surface should be made of flame-retardant or non-combustible materials, and it can be fixed reliably. When installed outdoors, it should be resistant to wind pressure and installed firmly.
4.3.3 The installation of building landscape lighting fixtures shall comply with the following regulations.
1 For lamps installed in densely populated places such as sidewalks, the height from the bottom of the lamp to the ground should be more than 2.5m when there is no fence protection; (
2 The lamps and their metal frames and metal protective tubes and protective earth wires (PE) shall be reliably connected and marked; (
3 The energy-saving classification of lamps shall meet the design requirements.
4.3.4 The installation of aviation obstruction marking lights shall comply with the following regulations.
1 The installation of lamps is firm and reliable, and facilities for maintenance and replacement of light sources should be set up;
2.When the lamp is installed outside the protection range of the roof air-termination device, a small lightning protection pin shall be installed and be reliably connected to the roof-air-termination device;
3 When the lamps are installed on the top of the chimney, they should be installed 1.5m to 3m below the chimney mouth and arranged horizontally in an equilateral triangle.
4.3.5 The installation of the operating table shadowless lamp shall comply with the following regulations.
1 The number of bolts to fix the lamp holder should not be less than the number of fixing holes on the flange base of the lamp, the diameter of the bolts should match the diameter of the holes, and the bolts should be locked with double nuts;
2 The metal frame fixing the base of the shadowless lamp should be welded to the embedded parts in the floor, and expansion bolts should not be used to fix it;
3 The wires from the switch to the lamps should use multi-strand copper core insulated wires with a rated voltage of not less than 450V/750V.
4.3.6 The installation position of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp shall not be changed arbitrarily, and its control switch shall be marked clearly, and shall be set separately from the general lighting switch position.
4.3.7 For lighting fixtures used in swimming pools and similar places, their protection level should be checked before installation. The conduit leading from the power supply to the lamp must be an insulated conduit, and metal or metal-sheathed conduits are strictly prohibited.
4.3.8 The installation of colored lights in buildings shall comply with the following regulations.
1 When the colored lights of buildings adopt rain-proof special lamps, the lampshade should be tightened, and the lamps should have drain holes;
2 Building lanterns should use new energy-saving light sources such as LEDs, and incandescent bulbs should not be used;
3.The piping of colorful lights should be hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, laid according to the exposed configuration, and a matching waterproof junction box should be used, and the seal should be intact; the pipes and pipe boxes should be connected by threads, and the two ends of the connection should be fixed with special grounding clips The jumper grounding wire is made of green/yellow double-color copper core soft wire, and the cross-sectional area should not be less than 4mm2;
4 Metal conduits, metal brackets, steel cables, etc. of colored lights should be reliably connected to the protective earth wire (PE).
4.3.9 The installation of solar lamps shall comply with the following regulations.
1 The surface of lamps and lanterns should be smooth and smooth, with uniform color; the product has no obvious cracks, scratches, defects, corrosion and deformation; the surface paint film should not have obvious sagging, blistering, orange peel, pinholes, bottom bite, bleeding and impurities and other defects;
2 The internal short circuit protection, load overload protection, reverse discharge protection, and polarity reverse connection protection functions of the lamp should be complete and correct;
3 Solar lamps should be installed in a place with sufficient light and no shelter, and should avoid being close to heat sources;
4 Solar cell modules should be adjusted according to the latitude of the installation area to adjust the orientation and elevation angle of the solar panel to maximize the light receiving time. There should be no occluder shadow on the facing surface, and there should be no direct light source above. When the battery module is connected to the bracket, it should be firm and reliable, and the output wire of the module should not be exposed, and should be tied and fixed with cable ties;
5.During transportation and installation, the battery shall not be turned upside down, shall not be placed in a damp place, and shall not be exposed to sunlight;
6 The system wiring sequence should be battery-battery board-load; the system disassembly sequence should be load-battery board-battery;
7 The lamps and foundations are fixed reliably, the anchor bolts should have anti-loosening measures, and the waterproof gasket of the junction box cover of the lamps should be complete.
4.3.10 The installation of lamps and lanterns in clean places shall comply with the following regulations.
1 When the lamps are installed, the gap between the lamps and the ceiling should be sealed with sealing strips and gaskets. Sealing strips and gaskets should be flat and not twisted or folded;
2 After the lamps are installed, the dust on the surface of the lamps should be removed.
4.3.11 The installation of explosion-proof lamps shall comply with the following regulations.
1 Check that the explosion-proof mark, enclosure protection level and temperature group of the lamp should be compatible with the explosive hazardous environment;
2.The shell of the luminaire should be complete, without damage, depression or deformation, without cracks on the lampshade, without distortion or deformation of the metal protective net, and with clear explosion-proof marks;
3 The fastening bolts of the lamps should not be loosened or corroded, and the sealing gaskets should be in good condition;
4 The lamp accessories should be complete, and non-explosion-proof parts shall not be used instead of explosion-proof lamp accessories;
5.The installation position of the lamps should be away from the release source, and should not be above or below the pressure relief ports and discharge ports of various pipelines;
6.The connection between the conduit, the explosion-proof lamp and the junction box should be tight, and the seal should be intact; the number of threads engaged should be no less than 5, and the threads should be coated with electric compound ester or conductive antirust ester;
7 Explosion-proof bent tube high bay lamps should be reinforced with galvanized chains or steel rods at the bent tube.
5.2.4 When there is no requirement in the design, the installation height of the switch shall comply with the following regulations.
1 The height from the bottom edge of the switch panel to the ground should be 1.3m~1.4m;
2 The height of the bottom edge of the pull switch from the ground should be 2m to 3m, and the distance from the top plate should not be less than 0.1m, and the pull wire outlet should be vertically downward;
3.The distance from the bottom edge of the switch in the barrier-free place to the ground height room is 0.9m~1.1m;
4 The switch in the living place of the elderly should use a wide-plate key switch, and the height from the bottom edge of the switch to the ground should be 1.0m to 1.2m.
5.2.5 The concealed switch panel should be close to the wall or decorative surface, there should be no gaps around, the installation should be firm, the surface should be smooth and tidy, free from cracks and scratches, and the decorative cap (board) should be complete; the junction box should be installed in place, The inside of the junction box is clean and tidy, without rust. For switches installed on decorative surfaces, the wires shall not be exposed in the decorative layer.
5.3 Fan
5.3.1 The installation of the ceiling fan shall comply with the following regulations.
1.The hook of the ceiling fan should be installed firmly, and the diameter of the hook should not be smaller than the diameter of the hanging pin of the ceiling fan, and should not be less than 8mm; the pin of the hook should be equipped with a shockproof rubber pad; the anti-loosening device of the pin should be complete and reliable;
2 The height of ceiling fan blades from the ground shall not be less than 2.5m;
3 It is strictly forbidden to change the angle of the fan blade during the assembly of the ceiling fan, and the anti-loosening device for the fixing bolt of the fan blade should be complete;
4 The ceiling fan should be wired correctly, and the protective grounding of the uncharged exposed conductive part should be reliable. The fan blades should not vibrate obviously during operation;
5 The coating of the ceiling fan should be complete, without scratches on the surface, and the upper and lower buckle bowls of the suspenders should be installed firmly in place;
6 The ceiling fan switches installed side by side in the same room should be installed at the same height, and the control should be orderly and not out of position.
5.3.2 The installation of wall fans shall comply with the following regulations.
1 The base of the wall fan shall be fixed with expansion bolts, the number of expansion bolts shall not be less than 3, and the diameter shall not be less than 8mm. The base should be fixed firmly and reliably;
2 The protective cover of the wall fan should be fastened and fixed reliably, and the fan blades and the protective cover should have no obvious vibration and abnormal sound during operation. The protective grounding of the uncharged exposed conductive part of the wall fan should be reliable;
3 The height of the lower edge of the wall fan from the ground shall not be less than 1.8m;

5.3.3 The ventilation fan should be installed close to the installation surface and fixed reliably. Ventilation fans in places without special management should be provided with timer switches.
