The construction of building decoration projects involving gas pipelines and electrical engineering should comply with relevant safety management regulations. 3.3.11 The electrical installation of building decoration works shall meet the design requirements. Do not bury wires directly. 3.3.12 There should be records for the acceptance of concealed works, and the records should include photos of concealed parts. The inspection batch acceptance of construction quality shall have the original record of on-site inspection. 3.3.13 The environmental conditions for the construction of indoor and outdoor decoration works shall meet the requirements of construction techniques. 3.3.14 The semi-finished and finished products should be well protected during the construction of architectural decoration to prevent pollution and damage. 3.3.15 The construction site should be cleaned up before acceptance of building decoration works. 4 Plastering works 4.1 General provisions 4.1.1 This chapter is applicable to the quality acceptance of sub-projects such as general plastering, thin plastering of insulation layer, decorative plastering and jointing of fair-faced masonry. General plastering works are divided into ordinary plastering and advanced plastering. When there is no requirement in the design, it shall be checked and accepted according to ordinary plastering. General plastering includes cement mortar, cement mixed mortar, polymer cement mortar and plastering gypsum; thin plastering of insulation layer includes thin plastering of polymer mortar outside the insulation layer; decorative plastering includes water brush stone, cut fake stone, Decorative plastering such as dry sticky stone and false face brick; fair-faced masonry pointing includes fair-faced masonry mortar pointing and original paste pointing. 4.1.2 The following documents and records should be checked during acceptance of the plastering project. 1 Construction drawings, design instructions and other design documents of the plastering project; 2 Product qualification certificates, performance inspection reports, entry acceptance records and re-inspection reports of materials; 3 Acceptance records of concealed works; 4 Construction records. 4.1.3 The following materials and their performance indicators shall be retested for the plastering project. 1 Tensile bond strength of mortar; 2 Water retention rate of polymer mortar. 4.1.4 The plastering works shall be inspected and accepted for the following concealed works. 1 Strengthening measures when the total thickness of plaster is greater than or equal to 35mm; 2 Strengthening measures at the junction of different material substrates. 4.1.5 The inspection batch of each sub-project shall be divided according to the following regulations. 1 Every 1000m2 of outdoor plastering works with the same material, process and construction conditions shall be divided into one inspection lot, and if the area is less than 1000m2, it shall also be divided into one inspection lot; 2 Indoor plastering projects with the same material, process and construction conditions shall be divided into one inspection lot for every 50 natural rooms, and less than 50 rooms shall also be divided into one inspection lot. Large-area rooms and corridors can be calculated as per 30m2 of plastered area. 1 room. 4.1.6 The inspection quantity shall meet the following requirements. 1.At least 10% of each inspection batch in the room shall be randomly inspected, and no less than 3 rooms shall be checked. If there are less than 3 rooms, all rooms shall be inspected. 2 For every 100m2 of each outdoor inspection batch, at least one place shall be spot-checked, and each place shall not be less than 10m2. 4.1.7 Before the construction of plastering works on exterior walls, steel and wood door and window frames, guardrails, etc. should be installed, the construction holes on the walls should be blocked and compacted, and the base layer should be treated. 4.1.8 The external corners of the interior walls, cylinders and door openings shall meet the design requirements. When there is no design requirement, no less than M20 cement mortar shall be used as corner protection, the height shall not be less than 2m, and the width of each side shall not be less than 50mm. 4.1.9 When the plastering layer is required to be waterproof and moisture-proof, waterproof mortar should be used. 4.1.10 All kinds of mortar plastering layers should be prevented from quick drying, water flushing, impact, vibration and freezing before setting, and measures should be taken to prevent contamination and damage after setting. The cement mortar plaster layer should be cured under wet conditions. 4.1.11 The plastering layer of the exterior wall and ceiling should be firmly bonded to the base layer and between each plastering layer. 4.2 General plastering works Ⅰ Master Control Item 4.2.1 The variety and performance of the materials used for general plastering shall comply with the design requirements and the relevant provisions of the current national standards. Inspection method. check product qualification certificate, entry acceptance record, performance inspection report and re-inspection report. 4.2.2 Before plastering, the dust, dirt and oil stains on the surface of the base should be cleaned up, and should be wetted with water or interface treatment should be carried out. When the total thickness of the plaster is greater than or equal to 35mm, strengthening measures should be taken. Inspection method. observation; ruler inspection. 4.2.10 The allowable deviation and inspection method of general plastering engineering quality shall comply with the provisions in Table 4.2.10.Note. 1 For ordinary plastering, the inspection of the inner corner square in item 3 of this table is not required; 2 For the plastering of the ceiling, the surface flatness of item 2 in this table may not be checked, but it should be smooth. 4.3 Thin plastering project of insulation layer Ⅰ Master Control Item 4.3.1 The variety and performance of the materials used for the thin plastering of the insulation layer shall meet the design requirements and the relevant provisions of the current national standards. Inspection method. check product qualification certificate, entry acceptance record, performance inspection report and re-inspection report. 4.3.2 The quality of the base should meet the requirements of the design and construction plan. Ⅱ General Items 4.4.5 The surface quality of decorative plastering works shall meet the following requirements. 1 The surface of the water brush stone should be clear, evenly distributed, compact and flat, with consistent color and luster, and there should be no traces of falling grains and splicing; 2.The chop pattern on the surface of the fake stone should be even and straight, with the same depth, and there should be no missing chop; 3.The surface of the dry sticky stone should be consistent in color, free of pulp and sticky, the stone particles should be firmly bonded and evenly distributed, and there should be no obvious black edges at the external corners; 4 The surface of the false face brick should be smooth, with clear grooves, neat seams, consistent color, and no defects such as falling corners, peeling and sanding. Inspection method. observation; hand touch inspection. 4.4.6 The setting of decorative plastering grid strips (seams) should meet the design requirements, the width and depth should be uniform, the surface should be flat and smooth, and the edges and corners should be neat. Table 4.4.8 Permissible deviation and inspection method for decorative plastering 4.5 Clear water masonry pointing project Ⅰ Master Control Item 4.5.1 The type and performance of the mortar used for jointing of fair-faced masonry shall comply with the design requirements and the relevant provisions of the current national standards. Inspection method. check product qualification certificate, entry acceptance record, performance inspection report and re-inspection report. 4.5.2 There should be no missing hooks in the joints of fair-faced masonry. Pointing materials should be firmly bonded without cracking. Inspection method. observation. Ⅱ General Items 4.5.3 The joints of fair-faced masonry should be horizontal and vertical, the junction should be smooth, the width and depth should be uniform, and the surface should be compacted and smoothed. Inspection method. observation. 5 Waterproofing of exterior walls 5.1 General provisions 5.1.1 This chapter is applicable to the quality acceptance of sub-projects such as exterior wall mortar waterproofing, coating film waterproofing and breathable membrane waterproofing. 5.1.2 The following documents and records should be checked during the acceptance of exterior wall waterproofing works. 1 Construction drawings, design instructions and other design documents of exterior wall waterproofing works; 2 Product qualification certificates, performance inspection reports, entry acceptance records and re-inspection reports of materials; 3 construction plan and safety technical measures documents; 4 Inspection records after rain or on-site water spraying; 5 Acceptance records of concealed works; 6 construction records; 7 The qualification certificate of the construction unit and the induction certificate of the operator. 5.1.3 The exterior wall waterproofing project shall retest the following materials and their performance indicators. 1 Bond strength and impermeability of waterproof mortar; 2 Low-temperature flexibility and impermeability of waterproof coatings; 3 The impermeability of the waterproof and breathable membrane. 5.1.4 The waterproofing of exterior walls shall be checked and accepted for the following concealed engineering items. 1 Nodes of enhanced treatment measures at the junction of different structural materials of the external wall; 2 Nodes of the waterproof layer at deformation joints, door and window openings, pipes passing through external walls, embedded parts and ends; 3 Lap width of waterproof layer and additional layer. 5.1.5 Every 1000m2 of external wall waterproofing works with the same material, process and construction conditions shall be divided into one inspection lot, and those less than 1000m2 shall also be divided into one inspection lot. 5.1.6 Every 100m2 of each inspection batch shall be randomly inspected at least one place, each inspection shall not be less than 10m2, and all joint structures shall be inspected. 5.2 Mortar waterproofing project Ⅰ Master Control Item 5.2.1 The type and performance of the mortar used for the mortar waterproof layer shall meet the design requirements and the relevant provisions of the current national standards.
