3 Basic Regulations

3.0.1 The installation works of panels, cabinets and secondary circuit wiring shall be carried out according to the approved design. 3.0.2 During the transportation and installation of panels and cabinets, protective measures such as anti-vibration, moisture-proof, frame deformation and paint damage should be taken. If necessary, installation equipment and vulnerable components can be removed and packaged separately for transportation. When the product has special requirements, it should still comply with the provisions of the product technical documentation. 3.0.3 Pans and cabinets should be stored indoors or in a dry place that can avoid rain, snow, and wind and sand. The installation equipment and electrical components with special storage requirements shall be kept according to regulations. 3.0.4 After the boards and cabinets arrive at the site, they should be inspected within the specified time limit, and should meet the following requirements. 1 The packaging and sealing should be good. 2 The nameplate should be checked out of the box, the model and specification should meet the requirements, the equipment should not be damaged, and the accessories and spare parts should be complete. 3 The technical documents of the product should be complete. 3.0.5 Safety technical measures should be formulated for panel, cabinet and secondary circuit wiring construction. 3.0.6 Construction projects related to panel, cabinet and secondary circuit wiring construction shall meet the following requirements. 1 The engineering quality of buildings and structures shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Unified Standards for Construction Quality Acceptance of Construction Engineering" GB 50300.When there are special requirements for equipment or design, the requirements should still be met. 2 The construction project before equipment installation shall meet the following conditions. 1) The roof and floor should be constructed without leakage. 2) The indoor ground construction should be basically completed, and the indoor channels should be free of water and sundries. 3) Embedded parts and reserved holes should meet the design requirements. 4) Doors and windows should be installed. 5) All decoration constructions that may damage or affect the installed equipment are completed. 3 For equipment with special requirements, the construction project before installation shall meet the following conditions. 1) All decoration work should be finished and cleaned up. 2) For construction projects equipped with facilities such as air conditioners or ventilation devices, the relevant facilities should be installed and put into operation. 3.0.7 Fasteners for equipment installation should be galvanized or other anti-corrosion products. 3.0.8 The identification color of the analog bus on the panel and cabinet shall comply with the provisions in Table 3.0.8. 3.0.9 After the construction of the secondary circuit wiring is completed, check whether the secondary circuit wiring is correct and secure. 3.0.10 After the construction of the secondary circuit wiring is completed, when the insulation is tested, safety technical measures should be taken to prevent damage to weak current equipment. 3.0.11 Before the power circuit of the secondary circuit is powered, the insulation should be checked, and the insulation resistance value should not be less than 1MΩ, and should not be less than 0.5MΩ in humid areas. 3.0.12 After the installation and commissioning are completed, fireproof sealing shall be carried out at the bottom or top of the cable entry and exit panel, the cabinet and the cable pipe opening, and the sealing shall be tight.

4 Installation of trays and cabinets

4.0.1 The installation of basic section steel shall comply with the following regulations. 1 The basic section steel shall be manufactured according to the design drawing or equipment size, and its size shall be consistent with the panel and cabinet, and the allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions in Table 4.0.1. 2 After the basic section steel is installed, its top should be 10mm~20mm higher than the final ground; the handcart type complete cabinet should be implemented according to the product technical requirements. 4.0.2 Panels and cabinets are installed in vibrating places, and vibration reduction measures should be taken according to design requirements. 4.0.3 The connection between panels and cabinets and between equipment on panels and cabinets and components should be firm. The control, protection panel, cabinet and automatic device panel should not be welded and fixed with the basic section steel. 4.0.4 When panels and cabinets are installed individually or in a row, their vertical and horizontal deviations, deviations of panels and cabinet surfaces, and allowable deviations of joints between panels and cabinets shall comply with the provisions in Table 4.0.4. The analog busbars should be aligned, complete and firmly installed. 4.0.5 The installation of terminal boxes should be firm, well sealed, and moisture-proof and dust-proof; the installation location should be easy to check; when installed in a row, they should be arranged neatly. 4.0.6 The installation of complete cabinets shall comply with the following regulations. 1 The mechanical lock and electrical lock should act accurately and reliably. 2 The center line of the moving contact and the static contact should be consistent, and the contacts should be in close contact. 3 The switching contact of the auxiliary switch of the secondary circuit should act accurately and the contact should be reliable. 4.0.7 The installation of the drawer-type power distribution cabinet shall comply with the following regulations. 1.The push and pull of drawers should be light and flexible, and there should be no jamming or collision. Drawers of the same model and specification should be interchangeable. 2 The mechanical locking or electrical locking device of the drawer should operate reliably. 3 The secondary circuit connection plug-in between the drawer and the cabinet body should be in good contact. 4.0.8 The installation of handcart cabinets shall comply with the following regulations. 1 The mechanical lock and electrical lock should act accurately and reliably. 2 The push and pull of the handcart should be light and flexible, and there should be no jamming or collision. Handcarts of the same model and specification should be interchangeable. 3 The secondary circuit connection plug-in between the handcart and the cabinet should be in good contact. 4.The safety isolation board can be opened flexibly with the entry and exit of the handcart. 5 The control cables in the cabinet should not hinder the entry and exit of the handcart, and should be fixed firmly. 4.0.9 The paint layer of panels and cabinets should be complete and free from damage; anti-corrosion measures should be taken for brackets for fixing electrical appliances. 5 panel, electrical installation on the cabinet 5.0.1 The installation of electrical appliances on panels and cabinets shall comply with the following regulations. 1 The quality of electrical components should be good, the type and specification should meet the design requirements, the appearance should be intact, the accessories should be complete, the arrangement should be neat, the fixing should be firm, and the sealing should be good. 2 Disassembly, installation and replacement of electrical appliances alone should not affect the fixing of other electrical appliances and wiring harnesses. 3 The heating element should be installed in a place with good heat dissipation, and the connection between the two heating elements should use heat-resistant wires. 4 The specifications of the fuse and the parameters of the circuit breaker should meet the design and grading requirements. 5 The pressure plates should be in good contact, and there should be enough safety distance between adjacent pressure plates, and the adjacent pressure plates should not be touched when switching. 6 The sound, light and electrical signals of the signal circuit should be correct and the work should be reliable. 7 For the trays and cabinets with lighting, the lighting should be in good condition. 5.0.2 The installation of terminal blocks shall comply with the following regulations. 1 The terminal block should be undamaged, firmly fixed, and well insulated. 2 The terminals should be numbered, and the terminal row should be easy to replace and connect; the height from the bottom surface should be greater than 350mm. 3 Terminal boards with circuit voltage exceeding 380V should have sufficient insulation and should be marked with red. 4 AC and DC terminals should be arranged in sections. 5.Strong and weak current terminals should be arranged separately. When there is difficulty, there should be obvious signs, and empty terminals should be separated or insulating partitions should be set. 6 Between the positive and negative power supplies and between the positive power supply that is often charged and the closing or tripping circuit, it should be separated by empty terminals or insulating partitions. 7 The current circuit should pass through the test terminal, and other circuits that need to be disconnected should pass through special terminals or test terminals. The test terminals should be in good contact. 8 Moisture-proof terminals should be used in humid environments. 9 The wiring terminal should match the cross-section of the wire, and it is not allowed to use a small terminal to match a wire with a large cross-section. 5.0.3 The connecting parts of the secondary circuit should be made of copper products, and the insulating parts should be made of self-extinguishing flame-retardant materials. 5.0.4 All electrical appliances and terminal blocks on the front and back of panels and cabinets shall be marked with serial numbers, names, purposes and operating positions, and the handwriting shall be clear and neat and not easy to fade. 5.0.5 The small bus bars on the panels and cabinets should use copper rods or copper tubes with a diameter of not less than 6mm, and the copper rods or copper tubes should be equipped with insulating sleeves. Both sides of the small busbar should have an insulating identification plate indicating the code or name. The writing on the identification plate should be clear and neat, and it is not easy to fade. 5.0.6 The electrical clearance and creepage distance of the secondary circuit shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Low-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Part 1.Type Test and Part of Type Test Complete Equipment" GB 7251.1.Between the exposed current-carrying parts of different phases or different poles of the small bus on the top of the screen, and between the exposed current-carrying parts and the uninsulated metal body, the electrical gap shall not be less than 12mm, and the creepage distance shall not be less than 20mm. 5.0.7 The live bus bars in the panels and cabinets should have isolation protection devices to prevent touching.

6 Secondary circuit wiring

6.0.1 The wiring of the secondary circuit shall meet the following requirements. 1 The construction shall be carried out according to valid drawings, and the wiring shall be correct. 2 The wires and electrical components should be connected by bolts, sockets, welding or crimping, etc., and they should be firm and reliable. 3 There should be no joints for the wires in the tray and the cabinet, and the core wires should not be damaged. 4 The connection of multi-strand wires to terminals and equipment should be connected to terminal accessories. 5 The circuit number of the cable core wire and the end of the equipped wire should be marked, the number should be correct, the writing should be clear, and it is not easy to fade. 6 The wiring should be neat, clear and beautiful, and the wire insulation should be good. 7 There should be one wire on each side of each terminal, and no more than two wires; for plug-in terminals, two wires with different cross-sections cannot be connected to the same terminal; when two wires are connected to a bolt connection terminal, the middle should be flat gasket. 6.0.2 The current circuit wiring in the panel and cabinet shall adopt copper core insulated conductors with a cross-section not less than 2.5mm2 and a nominal voltage not lower than 450V/750V, and the cross-section of other circuits shall not be less than 1.5mm2; When soldering, insulated wires with a cross-section of not less than 0.5mm2 can be used if the current carrying capacity, voltage drop and sufficient mechanical strength are met. 6.0.3 When wires are used to connect movable parts such as electrical appliances on the door and console boards, the following regulations shall still be complied with. 1 Multi-strand flexible wires should be used, and the laying length should have an appropriate margin. 2.The wiring harness should be protected by a plastic wrapping tube. 3 When connecting with electrical appliances, the end should be crimped with terminal accessories. 4 Both ends of the movable parts should be firmly fixed. 6.0.4 Cables and core wires leading into panels and cabinets shall comply with the following regulations. 1 Cables and wires should not have intermediate joints. If necessary, the joints should be in good contact and firm, not subject to mechanical tension, and should ensure the original insulation level; shielded cables should ensure their original shielding electrical connection. 2.The cables should be arranged neatly, numbered clearly, avoiding crossing, fixed firmly, and the connected terminals should not be subjected to mechanical stress. 2 The shielding layer of single-shielded cables used in telecontrol, communication and other computer systems should be grounded at one point; the outer shielding layer of double-shielded cables should be grounded at both ends, and the inner shielding layer should be grounded at one point. When the shielding layer is grounded at one point, when the signal source is floating, the grounding point of the shielding layer should be on the computer side; when the signal source is grounded, the grounding point should be close to the grounding point of the signal source. 7.0.12 The grounding of secondary equipment shall comply with the following regulations. 1 The signal ground of the computer monitoring system equipment should not be mixed with the protective ground and the AC working ground. 2 When multiple subsystem plug-ins are arranged on the panel or cabinet, the signal grounding point of each plug-in should be insulated from the box body of the plug-in box, and should be respectively connected to the dedicated grounding copper busbar in the panel or cabinet. 3.The signal grounding should be grounded at one point in parallel. 4.When installation equipment or other electrical appliances with grounding requirements are installed on the panel or cabinet, the shell should be reliably grounded.

8 Quality acceptance

8.0.1 When checking and accepting, the inspection shall be carried out according to the following regulations. 1 The fixing and grounding of the panel and cabinet should be reliable, and the paint layer of the panel and cabinet should be intact, clean and tidy, with standardized marking. 2 The electrical components installed in the panel and cabinet should be complete and intact, the installation position should be correct, and the fixing should be firm. 3 All secondary circuit wiring should be correct, the connection should be reliable, the identification should be complete and clear, and the power circuit insulation of the secondary circuit should meet the provisions of Article 3.0.11 of this code. 4 The handcart or drawer switch should be flexible when pushed in or pulled out, the mechanical lock should be reliable, and the lighting device should be in good condition. 5 The trays and cabinets used in tropical areas should have moisture-proof, mildew-resistant and heat-resistant properties, and should be accepted according to the relevant provisions of the current industry standard "General Technical Requirements for Tropical Electrical Products" JB/T 4159. 6 The holes in the trays and cabinets and the cable pipes should be tightly sealed, and measures should be taken to prevent the water in the cable pipes from freezing in areas that may freeze. 7 Spare parts and special tools should be handed over completely. 8.0.2 During acceptance, the following technical documents shall be submitted. 1 Evidence of design changes. 2 Installation technical records, equipment installation and adjustment test records. 3 Quality acceptance records. 4 Product technical documents provided by the manufacturer. 5 List of spare parts and special tools.
