Requirements, each batch of products should be accompanied by quality certificate. Appearance, aroma, relative density, refractive index, optical rotation, miscibility, including the amount of ketone
Factory inspection items, and arsenic content, heavy metal content (Pb) for the type of test items, test once every six months.
6.2 Acceptance shall be entitled in accordance with the provisions of this standard of product quality inspection received meets the requirements of this standard, for each batch
Once acceptance, acceptance of different batches respectively.
6.3 Sampling Method. each batch of packaging units 1 to 2, total pumping; 3 ~ 100 extract 2; 100 more than the increase taking further part
3%. Sampler with a sample drawn from a uniform 50mL ~ 100mL per package unit, all the extracted sample is placed within MIXER
Mix well, respectively, into two clean, dry, inert sealed containers, protected from light. Container attach a label stating. manufacturer name, product
Name, date of production, batch number, number and date of sampling, with a bottle for examination, another bottle retained for future reference.
6.4 As a result there is an indicator of acceptance does not meet the requirements of this standard, it can be doubled again in conjunction with the production plant to extract a sample reinspection. As retest knot
If there are indicators of failure, then the product can not be accepted.
