Tetrodotoxin in forensic biological samples
Inspection liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-mass spectrometry) of tetrodotoxin in forensic biological samples (blood, urine, liver, kidney, stomach and stomach contents, etc.)
MS) Qualitative and quantitative testing method.
This standard applies to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of tetrodotoxin in forensic biological samples. Qualification of tetrodotoxin in other suspicious samples,
Quantitative analysis can refer to use.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 Principle
Using blank samples and added samples as controls, according to the requirements of parallel operation, extract, purify and concentrate biological samples, using liquid color
Qualitative quantification of spectrum-mass spectrometry, based on retention time, mass spectrometer fragment ion peak and relative abundance ratio as qualitative judgment basis; based on peak area
According to data, quantitative analysis was performed using external standard method.
