Foreword

This document was drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 “Directives for standardization - Part 1.Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents”. FZ/T 80007 is currently divided into the following parts. - FZ/T 80007.1 Test method for peeling strength of garments used adhesive interlining; - FZ/T 80007.2 Test method for wet wash resistance of garments used adhesive interlining; - FZ/T 80007.3 Test method for dry cleaning resistance of garments used adhesive interlining. This document replaces FZ/T 80007.1-2006 “Test method of peeled off strength value for garments used adhesive interlining”. Compared with FZ/T 80007.1-2006, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. a) ADD the clause “Terms and definitions” (see Clause 3 of this document); b) MODIFY the requirements for constant rate of extension tensile test machine and fixtures (see Clause 5 of this document, Clause 4 of the 2006 edition); c) DELETE the test instrument “constant rate of traction tensile test machine” (see 4.1 of the 2006 edition); d) MODIFY the content and requirements of sample preparation (see Clause 6 of this document, Clause 5 of the 2006 edition); e) DELETE the preliminary test (see 7.2 of the 2006 edition); f) INCLUDE the case of abnormal test results in Clause 9 (see Clause 9 of this document, 7.5 of the 2006 edition); g) ADD the calculation formula for the peeling strength of the sample tested in the same direction (see 9.2 of this document); h) ADD the reporting and expression of results under different peeling conditions (see 9.3 ~ 9.5 of this document); I) MODIFY the contents of the test report (see Clause 10 of this document, Clause 9 of the 2006 edition). This document was proposed by China National Textile and Apparel Council. Test method for peeling strength of garments used adhesive interlining

1 Scope

This document specifies the test method for peeling strength of various types of garments used adhesive interlining. This document mainly applies to the test for peeling strength of various types of garments used adhesive interlining, and also applies to the test for peeling strength of garment pieces and samples covered with adhesive interlining.

2 Normative references

The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies. GB/T 6529 Textiles - Standard atmospheres for conditioning and testing GB/T 8170 Rules of rounding off for numerical values & expression and judgement of limiting values

3 Terms and definitions

For the purpose of this document, the following terms and definitions apply. 3.1 peeling strength The force that is required to separate the fabric layer or composite fabric layer from the adhesive interlining. 3.2 complete peeling A peeling state in which no adhesive interlining fragments remain on the fabric during peeling. 3.3 c) the clamping width of the clamp shall not be less than 30 mm.

6 Preparation of test pieces

6.1 Cut three test pieces of 150 mm × 25 mm in size along the length and width directions of the sample. If the collar, cuffs, placket, waistband or sample size does not meet the cutting size, sampling can be carried out according to the provisions of the relevant agreement and indicated in the report. Avoid parts such as defects and holes when sampling. 6.2 Samples with different fabrics or different adhesive interlinings shall be sampled and tested separately. 6.3 Manually peel off the two layers of the test piece along the length direction of the test piece. The peeling length is about 50 mm. Each peeling point shall be on the same line and shall be perpendicular to the length direction of the sample. NOTE. When the adhesive interlining is deformed or twisted during manual peeling, the end of the adhesive interlining can be combed and flattened for clamping.

7 Atmospheres for conditioning and testing

Perform according to the standard atmospheres specified in GB/T 6529.

8 Test steps

8.1 Set the clamp distance of the tensile test machine to 50 mm and the tensile speed to 100 mm/min. 8.2 Clamp the peeled fabric end and the adhesive interlining end of the test piece into the upper and lower clamps of the tensile test machine respectively, making the peeling line at the center of the distance, and the longitudinal axis of the test piece at right angles to the closed upper and lower clamp surfaces. 8.3 Turn on the test machine, stretch the test piece until it is completely peeled, and record the peeling curve during the peeling process of 100 mm peeling length. 8.4 If the test result is abnormal due to reasons such as the test piece slipping out of the clamp or the test piece breaking irregularly on the extension line of the peeling port, the test data shall be discarded, and the test piece shall be cut again on the original sample for testing. where. Fത - the average peeling strength of each test piece, in Newton (N); Fi - the peeling strength corresponding to the ith peak within the peeling length of 100 mm, in Newton (N); n - the number of peaks within the peeling length of 100 mm; Fmaxj - the peeling strength corresponding to the jth maximum peak among the 5 maximum peaks within the peeling length of 100 mm, in Newton (N); Fminj - the peeling strength corresponding to the jth minimum peak among the 5 minimum peaks within the peeling length of 100 mm, in Newton (N); F - the peeling strength in the length or width direction, in Newton (N); Fത୩ - the average peeling strength of the kth test piece in the length or width direction, in Newton (N). NOTE. In arbitration tests, all peaks are used to calculate the test results. 9.3 For cases with only incomplete peeling or adhesive interlining failure. record the type of peeling state of each test piece and indicate it in the test report. 9.4 When there are any two or more of complete peeling, incomplete peeling or adhesive interlining failure. when only two of the three test pieces in the same direction are of complete peeling, the test piece with incomplete peeling or adhesive interlining failure shall be discarded, one more test piece should be added for retesting, and the peeling strength in this direction shall be calculated according to 9.1 and 9.2 based on the three complete peeling test pieces; if the additional test piece still fails complete peeling, the peeling strength of the two complete peeling test pieces in this direction and the peeling state type of the additional test piece shall be issued; when less than two of the three test pieces in the same direction are of complete peeling, the peeling state type of each test piece in this direction shall be issued. 9.5 When manually peeling and delaminating. if only one test piece in the same direction has adhesive interlining failure, one more test piece should be added for manual peeling and delamination again; if two test pieces in the same direction have adhesive interlining failure, the test result is directly issued as adhesive interlining failure.

10 Test report

The test report shall include the following. a) serial number and year number of this document; ......
